The atmosphere could have been more relaxing. A phone rang pretty loudly at one point, and the conversations among staff were a bit loud, which made it harder to unwind. Please note, I am a Black American. At that point, I calmly asked him why I was being ignored as if I were invisible. He had no explanation. The way I was treated was deeply disrespectful and felt like racial discrimination. No customer should be made to feel overlooked or less important.
