Just bought a brand new bike. I live 15 mins away- asked if they can have a look- they now want me to bring back to their shop to have them now figure out why the brand new bike doesn't work instead of driving 15 mins to my house to fix- I even said : i will just pay a guy to come to my house to avoid the hassle of driving the brand new bike back and forth to your shop - gary was just fine with that solution: gary : customer service I would assume is paramount: when a brand new customer says," I will pay someone to come fix ur bike" instead of taking on the hassle of bringing it 15 min to you. Please do not worry about the bike - I don't trust your judgement after seeing your lack of ability to make sure your customers are happy.
