The fact that the owner, Jarod, is still deeply involved in every aspect of the business speaks volumes about their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. Walking into their showroom, I was immediately struck by the cleanliness and organization, a refreshing sight in the world of off-road side by side businesses. The staff, knowledgeable and approachable, made sure I felt attended to during my visit, checking in regularly to ensure everything was running smoothly. What's truly remarkable is how each member of the team is willing to pitch in wherever needed, creating a seamless and efficient environment. During my service appointment, I was personally escorted to the service department and introduced to the service manager, a gesture that underscored their commitment to personalized attention. Throughout the process, they kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring I never felt in the dark about the status of my rig. Overall, my experience at Big Pine Sports was nothing short of exceptional, and I'll definitely be returning for all my off-road needs. After telling him our wish list, he took us to the perfect side by side. He gave us a lot of helpful suggestions and was a great salesperson without any pressure. We look forward to taking our new Kawasaki Ridge out and go exploring. We have had wonderful help and service from our experience at Big Pine Sports these past few years with servicing our Yamaha.     I wish I had seen the Yelp reviews before I had tried to order $1000 worth of riding gear…read more It got resolved, but they took the money from my credit card and then told me they can't accept my credit. I sat in chat to resolve it with no luck. They told me I had to call after confirming a bunch of information. So, I sat on hold to resolve it. The person I did work with when I got through was kind and polite. But it took 22 minutes after 20 minutes in chat. Well, that's some serious BS. You don't get to take the money first and then make me jump through hoops to get the product. You *can* take my card because you did. You had to refund it. Then I had to buy with Paypal. Absurd. It makes zero sense. If you are worried about fraud, maybe don't run my card in the first place. Buyer beware. I have never met an online retailer who made it this hard to give $1000 of my hard-earned American dollar until yesterday. I spent an hour of my day dealing with this. That a lot of time for something that shouldn't of happened in the first place. I'd like to send them a bill for my time.

Ding on the top of one of the panniers and touch-up paint on the other - see pics. What would have to be true to: -place two orders on Amazon on the same day for two different Tusks products that were fulfilled through two different Amazon sellers (RM & MX Powerplay) and to have gross QA issues with each? I brought the matter to the attention of Malishea T. at RM - Tusk's OEM. And despite having the Amazon Store that sold the crashers and was also the Sales rep for MX PowerPlay the seller of the panniers and to whom the returned panniers were shipped to.... And she politely responded and did not wish to get involved. In business, accountability and integrity matters. You don't get a pass for not managing your resellers or for building shoddy products. RM makes some very inspiring build videos. Watch them.. but don't buy the products because they absolutely will not stand behind their Brand. At what point are we emabarrassed?
