    Let me start saying I work for Amazon and I think I know enough about logistic. I also moved 6 times in the last 8 years. My move with USA logistic was the worst. I know people complaining a lot about move companies, however you can check for example BBB.org - they rate F to USA logistic so that should be enough for you not to hire them. https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/sun-valley/profile/moving-and-storage-companies/usa-logistics-1216-884745 My experience was terrible - I moved my den and three more pieces of furniture. 20% of my furniture were damaged - never had some many damages in any of my previous move. Besides, they promised to deliver my stuff in 3 days from San Jose to Seattle. It took 10 days. Last but not least, the customer service is terrible. They have no clue when your stuff will be delivered, they just share made up dates. The dispatcher based in Washington, Diana, is very aggressive, bad manners, unpolite person. I had to talk to her three times since I was not getting any update about the delivery, and she only shared unprecise dates (like between Sunday and Tuesday).

    All these boxes were crushed in transport. Many were labeled which side to keep up, amd all were turned upside down!

    To add to this horrible experience. My expensive Trek bike was taken apart and cannot be repaired without professional help, if at all!

    I purchased an office chair on Staples.com but decided to return it. It was still in the box,…read moresealed. When I initiated the returns online, it did not give me a store drop off option. I had to print a label and wait 1 to 5 business days for a carrier to come pick it up. I called customer service and spoke to a clueless employee who told me I could not drop the item off at a store. I explained that I was never home so it would be difficult for the carrier to pick up the item. He told me to leave outside and I explained this is a $300 chair and my neighborhood isn't very safe. I hung up and called again and this time I spoke with another agent who told me I could drop it off at a store. So I drove to this Jersey City store and once I arrived there, the employee stated that he could not process my return. He had to call customer service and switch the pick up to the store. So I left the item there, unattended, no receipt or anything other than an email stating that I had initiated a return. There's no confirmation that I dropped the item off so at this point I just hope the carrier picks it up and my refund is processed. Very poor returns process and customer service!

I had to make a lot of copies and I was having…read moretrouble with one of the copier and Janet is so kind so professional she stopped what she was doing. Gave me a warm smile and was so incredibly helpful I was having a really hard day and it meant so much to me. Thank you Janet for being kind hearted person.
