The woman kept turning her back on me talking to the male employee about non work issues. Then she's yelling across the store at other customers having random conversations. The male employee participated with her and both seemed to be oblivious that I was still standing at the counter 2 feet from the both of them. To top it all off, she punches the male employee during their loud obnoxious conversation. It was all very strange, and very uncomfortable.

When I brought the discrepancy to Jo Anne, she seemed to coach the attendant into saying I got what I paid for, which wasn't true. The interior wasn't even properly cleaned- crumbs and debris still in the center console tray, visible dust and specks on the seats and between the seats (photos attached). The exterior looked no different than it would have after a $40 Chief Peak. I spent about ten minutes trying to sort it out and got nowhere. An hour and a half wait, $130 out the door, for a 30-minute, $40-level service. Really frustrating . I won't be back, and I wish there were more car wash options in town.

I had insurance, they were called. He arrived swiftly from out of town within twenty minutes, right on time as it were. Pleasant conversation, friendly face, informative, calming presence. Dead battery, he gave me some juice to get home. Swell. A couple of days later, I still had a dead battery issue. I didn't feel comfortable attempting it myself, although he had showed me that night very casually that it wouldn't be difficult for me. So I called my insurance company back, and was explaining I was going to need assistance..by the road..with my new battery, because I didn't want to have to tow my car to the shop, I have insurance, should be no problem...and of course, it was. Didn't cover battery installation. So, I asked if they had the information on my hero from the other night, and she gave me the number, I called and he was nice enough to come over right away, out of town again, to my driveway. Now, this review is running long, I don't feel the need to get into details, because every situation in life is different, and unique. I have to note, that there was a hiccup on my end, and it complicated what should've been a simple fix, and without hesitation, he helped out even further, he went above and beyond, so again thank you!
