I was here for gas and saw the sign at the pump said $3 car wash manager deal - tues and Wednesday only. I bought a $3 car wash and $50 gas at the station with my credit card. But they asked me to go inside for the receipt! The help desk gave me a receipt with a charge of $6 car wash. When I brought it up to her, she told me because I paid by my credit card at the pump , so I have to pay $6! If I walk inside the store I pay only $3 car wash! What is the point? Well, they made me go inside to get my receipt anyway! The desk lady felt bad and did told me to sign in the return slip with the reason $3 special deal, then give me back $3. Even though I got the deal but I felt being hassled and uncomfortable to shop here! read more

First, I should point out that this station has some of the best prices around. The best prices, that is, unless you are a Costco member. Then, you should just go down the block to Costco. The service is less than stellar, and I have often had serious issues using the kiosk to start up the car wash. This makes what should be a quick stop into a long, arduous chore. Not recommended, but if you're in a hurry, you could do worse. read more

I have no complaints about the gas station but to an employee. About a week ago I went in to get gas quickly. I gave Angie (cashier) a $20 and ran out the door. The gas stopped at $10. I had to get back to her and without me asking she already knows I didn't get enough gas. Today I went in and made a purchase. My change is missing $1 and I looked at her and she knows right away it wasn't right so she asked me if she gave me enough change. She acts nonchalantly but it's obvious she does this all the time. Please pay attention not just with her but with every transaction you make. I hope I save even just one person from making a mistake. read more

A decent gas station with some of the lowest fuel prices in the area (however Costco gas is a block away, and cheaper still). Watch out for the car wash, as it seems to malfunction 25% of the time requiring a trip to the counter to have them reset it. It I can give it a zero I would. No longer USA but a speedway. Normally get decent customer service but today with the virus going on was not happy. They have sign on the door telling customers to use a mask. When I walk up I find a female employee named Alex without a face mask and she saw me look and didn't even try to cover her face. My tire was low & I needed air, so I pulled into the air machine. It claims that part of the proceeds go to charity, so I was happy to use it. Well, I put in 6 quarters as listed, but got no service. My husband went in to get a refund & was told to come back tomorrow as the lady at the desk didn't know how to refund money or to cut on the machine. So, I was out $1.50, had no air and no quarters to try another place, & was being asked to return the next day! From the poor service reviews on this site, I can only assume I will be told "no refund" & will have spent more time & gas ($) to get there. read more

Terrible service. Wash prices are posted inside the store only. When you choose a wash at the pump, you have to go inside to figure out pricing -- and so when you get back to the pump, the choice has been made for you. But which choice? There's no way to tell, so you have to go back inside to cancel the sale and find the pricing. Finally, wash codes aren't printed at the pump, so you have to go back inside for that. Manager says (1) all these policies are set at Corporate, and (2) the cheap car wash isn't really a wash anyway, more of a rinse. read more

If I could do negative stars I would. Very rude and extremely not helpful service man behind the counter just now at 6:30 on Wednesday, March 15. I used their car wash, which I always use and never have a problem. I buy the car wash first the store and then drive to it. The last time I was here the man told me I did not need to come into the store first, I could pay at the wash screen. I said I need a receipt because I'm collecting them for buy 5 get one free. The man told me they print a receipt at the screen. When I just tried to do that, there was no receipt. It said "see cashier." The very rude cashier said he has no capability of printing a receipt the machine does not print a receipt, and there's nothing he can do for me. Come back tomorrow at 7:30 a.m. I asked for a phone number so I could call and speak to a manager. He said go online and get it. I said you don't have a phone number you can give me, and he said no. And I said you don't know the phone number here? And he said no. Basically he was just a rude individual who did not care about pleasing the customer at all! read more

Very rude employee. I went to get gas Thursday evening about 8. There was a employee looking at her phone in front of the store. She watched me try to open the locked doors that her keys were hanging in. I had to ask her are you open? She said I'm on break and pointed to the return clock on the door that read... will return at 8:15. Who is training these employee? Why was she taking a break in front of the store with her keys in the door? That's stupid and unsafe! That store needs new management it has for a long time. I go to work very early in the morning and so sometimes do my errands even earlier. I used USA as my gas/car wash station for a while because I live off Dune Palms and so it was convenient. While service was Never top notch I had a few incidence that will guarantee I never go back. The top two complaints are these, one morning while pumping my gas the cashier walked out presumably to talk to me he sat on the hood of his car which was parked in front of the store and proceeded to tell me how unsafe it was for a woman to be out at that time of day, while I found this quite creepy I just sorta nodded my head, he then told me this is why we won't hire women because it's not safe for them. I told him that was an illegal practice and he probably shouldn't be spreading it around, he seemed confused by my comment and said well that's what the owner wants. After that I only went there once when my son returned my truck dirty and in need of a bit of gas after Coachella (desperate times) I encountered a young man doing something by the coffee machine and the door locked, I knocked and showed him I only had cash, but he said/did nothing, just went back to what he was doing. Will not rreturn even under desperate circumstances! To the owner, if you think the young men you have hired to stand behind that counter are any more threatening than this woman you are a fool! read more
