Ok so, we went there last minute and our car needed a deep clean, it costed us 80$. Here's the thing; we were promised that the detailing would be "detailed" and it was mid. Way too much for this. The car was still dusty, we emptied everything to give them all the space possible of course but man, the glove compartment, trunk and the inside of the doors was untouched and dusty it was so disappointing. 80$. There was some traces on the windows and it felt like they just bet everything on the freshener they used inside to make it smell clean. Positive : the seats (fabric) were pretty clean and the floor too. But like, that's the basic tbh. Definitely won't go back, feels like a rip off. read more

This was literally the worst experience ever! I arrived at this carwash to wash my wife's vehicle simply because they do hand car washes and because I live right down the street from it. I see it every morning and looks like they might do a good job. NOPE! Didn't happen! I paid $30 for the worst carwash of my life! I got my car washed on Saturday, February 27th. I chose the simple car wash of $22.99. I drove straight home after the car wash and didn't go anywhere after I got hone. The next day I noticed my passenger side leopard mat was gone! They evidently took the mat out to either vacuum it or clean it. All I know is that it was GONE! I drove back to the Car Wash the next day, Sunday and spoke to many of the guys including the one who worked on my car, also spoke to the Owner/Manager and they were all dear in the headlights! They looked around but the nice mat was nowhere to be found! Actually rude about the whole incident! Good way to lose a long time local customer! read more

NEVER EVER GET YOU CAR "DETAILED" HERE!!! PAID $100!!! Huge mistake, I took in my 2024 Toyota corolla today to get mostly the water stains off of it from sprinklers as soon as I got my car back not only did my car have left over residue on the inside & outside of my vehicle but my car now has permanent stains from whatever chemicals they used & I cannot get out. I will have to replace my right side outer rearview window, and also my back left window behind the driver seat!! strongly disappointed in their service very very terrible job. My car was not detailed. Although they did get my sprinkler stains off my car which I grateful for but inside of my trunk still had spilt left over chemicals and liquids on the floor. Wasted $100 bucks for a trash job, I would not recommend taking your car to this place. These guys are cheapskates and are not efficient or thorough do not take your car here!! read more

Just went today & the older gentleman running that place at the counter had no customer service skills whatsoever. Didn't make eye contact, looked like he didn't want to be there & was grouchy. Not sure why businesses put individuals with no customer service skills to be the face of their businesses. The place also looked rundown & dirty inside with a tv that kept pausing every 5 minutes. I payed for a mini detail and they left my car dirty. the mats weren't washed and they covered up the dirty one so it wasn't visible till I got home. This is the second time they have done this. I just had the outside washed. My Santa Fe was really really dirty! Lots of bugs n bird droppings from my tree. All gone! Nice & cool inside the small room w lots of things to snack on, drink or do dads for your car. Lady was very friendly. She did short me a $10.00 bill but handed me the corrected change when I caught it. I got $3.00 off as it was my 8th visit on their card. It's much better than 20 years ago!! I have been a customer at this Car Wash for the past 10 years. I visited it 2 months ago and when they indicated it was ready for me, i had to point out the dirt on the passenger side doors that had not been The problem was quickly rectified by the Manager and my vehicle was clean. Today I visited this Car Wash with my wife's vehicle and upon arrival selected the $44.99 wash and wax. I specifically asked the attendant if they used ArmorAll on the mats, and pedals. He assured me they didn't. I then specified no scent, and ensure wheels are clean as they were very dirty, and was provided with a slip for $44.99 and he made markings on the driver's side window. I paid the amount and proceeded to wait in the patio area outside. I watch the employee clean the interior and exterior of the vehicle and then when he was finished, he indicated for me to take the car. I asked him why it had not been waxed as I had paid for that service, his response was "I did my job" per what was marked on the window. I then spoke with the cashier and expressed my concern about the failure to provide paid for service. She set off to find the manager whom I located outside by my vehicle. I expressed my concern and was told by him he was going to charge me and additional $10.00 for washing the floor mats. I indicated I didn't request that service and wouldn't pay it. He replied I had which was totally wrong and indicated the employee was going to apply the wax. This application took approximately 5 minutes to apply and polish by hand. In conclusion it is my opinion the wax job based on previous similar requests at this location was at best a lip service performance due to the short amount of time it took. I left the location and pulled over down the street and examined the wheels, there were many spokes and places on the rims where the dirt had not been touched. In conclusion I should have inspected the areas of concern before i departed, however their quality control should have ensured the specific areas I indicated needed attention were attended to. Based on my experience today, I will be having my vehicles washed at other Car Wash businesses. read more

I was a loyal customer for years until they cracked my windshield and refused to pay for it! They told me they take video of all the vehicles that go through their wash. I said great! Let's see it. They said the owner only has access to the video. I told them great have him call me when he sees the video. He Never called me back! Even after my many calls asking for him and that I want to see that video. Then I found another co-worker where they also cracked her daughters windshield and never paid for it!!! Beware. I did the full detail including the car wash with wax at a total of $120 I highly do not recommend I was expecting attention to detail at this price point while they did clean my car inside and out the issue was my steering wheel is still dirty and appears to have been missed. in between my seats appear to dirty as the actual wash in the exterior their are still dirty spots it's not different from cheaper alternatives. They did however clean my wheels very good. All in all they did not meet my expectation with their service, they lacked attention to detail and I am very unsatisfied. I would try some other place They sure did a dam good job on my wheels if only they did the same for the rest of my vehicle. Been there twice. Not going back. A couple of the owners have a bad attitude and when the girl cleaned the inside of my car, she literally was finished with it in less than 5 minutes. Obviously the inside of the car was not cleaned. Not in that amount of time. The guys that I noticed cleaning the other cars were at the minimum of 15 minutes if not more. Not going to pay those prices for what you get. I can do a better job at home for free. Very disappointed in the service. read more

I really don't put negative reviews. First off the guy who drove my car into the vacuum area was wearing a wallet chain in the back of his pants.He didn't even look like he worked there. He wasn't in uniform like the rest. So I don't know why he would drive my car in. My car has Recaro leather seats. Pretty expensive seats. He scratched my Recaros pretty bad. When I went up to make a concern about it what had happen they stated the scratches were already there that they were made by me etc the lady in charge at the time said they were going to take a look at the security cameras to see who drove my car and figure something out with me. I haven't heard back from them since. It's been a week. They're open 7 days a week. Second I specifically asked if they offered hand wash because I know those machines ruin your paint and leave swirl marks. Then they asked me if I wanted it washed with cloth or brush. I told them no brush. As soon as I got my car and the sun hit the paint I saw scratches everywhere as if they washed it with sandpaper or a broom. I came to get my car washed on a Saturday morning. When I pulled up into the driveway they seemed to be pretty busy but that did not deter them from giving me great customer service. The attendant who took my car asked what car wash I needed and I opted for the least expensive since this was my first time here. It was $15.99. I didn't check in on yelp until I was in the lobby. If you check in you get $2 off of their $22 car wash. Next time I will redeem my check in offer. They offer free wi-fi, have clean restrooms and lots of snacks to munch on while you wait for your car. I had to wait about 45 minutes for my car and wow did they do such a great job for $16! My car was spic and span and Chalo the gentlemen who washed my car gave me the best customer service. He asked me if my car was to my satisfaction, gave me his name and asked if I was happy with his service to please comeback and give his name at the window. I've never experienced this type of customer service at a car wash. I couldn't agree anymore with the reviews, I got a lot of $16!
