One of the worst car wash experiences I've had. The entire setup was confusing from the start. You're paying for a "full-service" wash, yet you're required to stay in the vehicle the whole time while it's being washed, which defeats the purpose of full service. To make matters worse, they charge an extra $5 simply because it's a Bronco. Overall, the process was frustrating, the pricing felt unreasonable, and the experience did not match what was advertised. I've been using this car wash for years and always had great service. As a professional dog trainer, I know my car can get messy -- lots of dog fur, dirt, and gear. But they always handled it well, and I'd tip generously every time because I appreciated the effort. Not this time. * The vacuum job was completely half-done. There was still fur, dirt, and crumbs all over the backseat, especially in the creases and corners. * Most upsetting of all -- they actually used a bag and a sunshade cover to try and hide the mess. Instead of cleaning, they covered up the dirty areas to make it look done. That's not just lazy -- it's deceitful. I went back and politely let them know, giving them a fair chance to fix it. But even after the second attempt, the job was still rushed, sloppy, and unacceptable. I was so frustrated, I just left feeling upset and disappointed. After years of loyalty and recommendations, I won't be coming back -- and I won't be referring anyone else either. I have coming here for over 10 years. Today was the last day. The price they charge is not cheap, but not over priced. If only you could get what you paid for. They were busy so you know there is going to be a wait. However when the guy started the interior clean of a car that came in 2 cars after me, I asked him to do my car as it was next in order and I am waiting. He said he had started it so he was going to finish it. I went inside and spoke to the guy on the desk and he basically shrugged his shoulders. To make matters worse they then started the car that came in immediately after me. I waited well over an hour, when I should have been out of there 30 minutes sooner. Then when I got home and put the car in the garage, I see there are water marks and other areas not cleaned properly. I could not see these at the car wash as they pull the carrot into the bright sunshine. Never going back and telling anyone not to go there. read more

Over the years I have witnessed the front desk clerk Jessica treat customers in a highly disrespectful and abusive manner, today was my turn for her rage. We have been coming to ExecutiveCar wash for almost two decades and it's gone downhill! The guys that wash the cars are great and do a fantastic job. The front desk girl is rude and the new owners have messed this place up. After collecting 10 car washes at $22.99 a pop I came for my free wash and the front desk girl said "we barley got rid of that this week". I asked for more information. As she looks up from her phone and rolled her eyes she said we have a new ceramic wax. I asked what does a new ceramic wax have to do with a loyalty program? She had no clue what I was saying. I then explained to her that I had earned a free wash and she then told me again about the ceramic wax. Clearly she can not comprehend the question or the subject matter. Also been sitting here for 20 minutes and my car hasn't been touched. Arrived today and was told that after ten years of me using their service that they no longer wash RAM 2500 trucks. I've no lift, slightly over sized tires and have not had any problems using them in the past. I'm now using the Circle K across the street for one third the price. C ya! read more

Covers inside and out floors, seats, dash, everything cleaned. They took well over a 1/2 hour to do everything but it was well worth it. I wish this place was closer to home. This was the best car wash maybe of my life. I purcased the $22.99 basic wash/wax etc. The fellow who did the hand drying and cleaning for the interior and exterior was thoroughly meticulous. I could tell he was looking for the dirt. He cleaned things I wouldn't even think of to clean and cleaned parts of the car I can't even see. He had a very pleasant demeanor and did an outstanding job. You could tell all the guys who were doing the hand cleaning/drying were doing an excellent job. So many times you can pay for sub-par or mediocre service. This is one place you get more than your money's worth. Highly recommend (at least based on this one first-time experience). read more

I paid for a ceramic wax done and Julio promised the world and fell short. I was quoted 3 hours and it took the whole day to complete, there was damage to my grille which Julio took zero responsibility for and when I requested the video footage I was asked to provide contact information. I followed up with a phone call 3 days later to no call back, I emailed 5 days later and it was ignored. I found out later that the wax used was not ceramic as being hydrophobic, thisbwax was not after the first wash. First time I go in and I have my grandmas RIP card on my dash board and they could of gently removed it but yet they messed it up. He then goes to say it wasn't him and that he removed it. The young lady at the front desk refused to speak to me like a human as soon as she noticed the certificate and asked her manager to intervene. The gentlemen who assisted me stopped detailing a vehicle to come over... I recognized him as someone who's helped me many times before. The young lady came back to glare at me, so I made an attempt to explain that the value of gift certificates in California must always be extended by law. She ended our interaction by huffing and puffing "were not going to take your certificate, so have a great day!" and slammed her sliding window. At no point did I raise my voice or show any disrespect to her. The gentlemen who came over to explain that the certificate was too old to accept stayed calm but questioned where I got the certificate. I received it as a gift back in 2018 and found it recently, going through our safe. Unfortunately he repeated "you found it" a bit sarcastically, which wasn't necessary. The certificate didn't have an expiration and I was planning to leave a nice tip for the staff, as I always do. I won't be coming back to Executive Carwash and won't be recommending your business to any of my family, friends, or any of my customers. To the Owners, I would recommend the following: 1. Give your team a better explanation or solution for handling old certificates (they are clearly frustrated). 2. Get the young lady with dark hair (closing on October 6th, 2022) off the front counter immediately. She is creating a terrible "first impression" for your guests. Save your money inside and outside we're missing lots of spots... for $30 dollars plus tip I'll just go to quick quack

I took my car here regularly for 2 years with the top level monthly membership and had 2 different cars detailed here. Generally no complaints, however the problem is they'll randomly be closed so hopefully you don't live too far away. Because I've been burned several times by this, I'll try to call them to see if they're open and I'm given an attitude whenever I ask where they'll act like it's obvious. But it's not obvious. Well, last week, with 2 days expiring on my most recent monthly pass, they were closed at 14:30 on Wednesday 4 January, and then on my last day of the pass on Thursday 5 January they never picked up their phone and I wasn't willing to drive 15 minutes just to find out they were closed. The next day, they finally picked up and I asked if they would honor the pass since they were closed the last 2 days of my monthly pass even though they were supposed to be open. They got defensive on the phone, refused to admit they were closed, and said I'd need to renew my membership. Even when I got my car detailed, while the detail job was great in the end, they called me halfway through saying it was done, I get there to find out it wasn't done at all and there was lots of confusion. At first, the guy detailing defended his work, but then eventually admitted it wasn't done and that there may have been some confusion by the front desk. So I had to go back home and come back later. So... in summary. This place is pretty decent, but expect attitude from some employees. And expect to work around their unpredictable schedule. Personally, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. If you're ok bringing a nice microfiber towel, go to the places that have the automatic wash and then they provide vacuums, such as Quick Quack. You'll get your car washed faster, save money, similar quality, maybe closer to your house (they have multiple locations), and they're actually nice. I honestly tried staying with Executive Car Wash, but I just can't. This was the final straw as they clearly value employees with unwarranted attitude more than consistent customers. read more

When trying to use a birthday coupon (from the app, off their website) I was denied the opportunity to use it. Staff all walk around passing you by without greeting you.
