I was also wanting to get a hand car wash because the nearer car wash to my house never cleans my rims very well. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable with many places to sit with a huge TV to keep you entertained. Very clean restroom (I have very high standards!) and drinking water available at the coffee bar. There is a sign at the coffee bar that says "snacks and beverages free for members" which is a perk that's OK (though not for me, as it was my first time and I'm not a member), as the little dispenser of orange corn nuts had a pile beneath it that kinda looked...ew. The price of the basic car wash was spendier than I'm used to, but in all honesty the price was worth the extra gleam. I would definitely go back when I'm in the area.
