Now that's suction! The vacuums are great. Get the job done. Cute set up with a basketball hoop to throw the towels in. Love the orange aesthetic. Can get a membership or one wash. Did the $23 option, decent. Would come back when back in town. read more

I normally go to the one on Ramon, but was in PS, and dropped by following dinner. The entry and wash exit are in the same place, so be mindful. It wasn't busy, so I had adequate time to dry the car and vacuum, which I occasionally skip. The wash itself was a bit turbulent, but overall did a decent job and I'd return. read more

The bad: this car wash didn't get the basics clean. Even the windshield was filthy after going through. Dust, dirt, bug splatter and everything else was still on the car. The good: best car vacuums I've ever used. And there are wet towels that help you scrub off some of what the car wash didn't get (but I still am seeking another car wash to actually get this car clean). read more

Quick Quack Car Wash - Believe it or not, this is AFTER the car wash. Now imagine if I'd bought the Ceramic Shield upgrade, and they'd locked all of this IN. - Car Wash Near Me - Palm Springs, California

The other day, we stopped by the Quick Quack in Palm Springs and were greeted by Andy, and I just wanted to say-what a nice young man he is! My son is disabled, yet he was patient and very gentle with us! He helps you get set up nicely, and he made the whole visit feel easy and pleasant. The way he bonded with him made our day much better, I haven't seen that in a long time ! Especially with a great sense of humor. We were having such a difficult day, and made it easier just by being so kind. Quick Quack is so lucky to have him. Thanks andy read more

Be careful; Quick Quack doesn't clean their equipment frequently enough and can cause expensive damage to your car, especially obvious with darker colored vehicles. I am a Club member since they opened, and ONLY wash my wife's car at their locations (as we pay monthly for the club); after several washes in a row the paint on the car had horrible, dirty swirls that would not wash out, had scratches in circular swirls from their dirty brushes; multiple passes through their wash would not fix the damages it made and it cost me $350 to have them detailed out. i took pictures and filed a complaint with the manager; their "investigation" took a month and in the end they took no responsibility. Shame on this company. they do a horrible job of maintaining and routinely cleaning their equipment and this is caused completely by them. i will not return. Caution to all who use them if you care about your car. read more

I love Quick Quack for one simple reason GREEN TOWELS. The added bonus is a Life saver. Decent wash, the location in Palm Springs is a bit wonky entering and it does get a little confusing trying to go into the wash, but it's a small nuisance that still doesn't deter me from visiting. Life hack if you ask they give you the cutest little Rubber Duckies. The complimentary clean towels are what keep me coming back. read more

Our perfectly in tact windshield was cracked during the washing process and they denied our claim. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

My first contact was with Jada who greeted me with a smile and friendly attitude. During a stressful time in the desert she actually made my day brighter. She chatted casually with me and was very upbeat. I hope her customer service is recognized by the company because she is the best asset! The car wash itself was very good and the layout of the vacuums and towels very convenient. I like the fact that the towels are there to help with the drying and cleaning the dashboard Overall a nice experience read more

Manny was incredible. Customer service is a 10 out of 10 I felt so welcomed and he was so warm and delightful. He's definitely the reason I chose to get the best membership. I'll definitely be back. Manny is a star.!!! read more

Decent. But always soooo crowded. Rarely can I find a spot to dry my car off after. Needs more parking spots for after-wash touch up.

Worse experience of all car washes. Ran my car thru in about 5 to 8 seconds and cleaned NOTHING!!! They owe me the 13 dollars as it actually made my car dirtier than when I went it. Not sure if the one on Ramon knows what they are doing or not. I am going to contact corporate so they know what they are doing to people. Watch out if you go there...... read more

A fairly good automatic car wash. They brush the windshield which helps get it clean. The rinse needs to be much better so suds are not all over the back after driving out. The vacuum stations provide room to reach the entire car and work well. The attendant offers several versions of return visits which would make it more reasonable cost wise. But for an out of town customer it is somewhat expensive but it is convenient. read more

Will ruin new cars! do not trust. New car re-ended due to operator failure to safely direct into car wash mechanism and they take no responsibility if someone crashes into you. The day I drove my new car in and twice i noticed they immediately directed the car behind me way too close...both times i drove into wash that day and they really weren't checking to make sure/assuring that people were putting it in neutral and that's what seem different. I was told that other incidents occurred that same day, which tells me that they're not properly training their team to direct members to safely drive within a safe distance into their operation. Infamous for ruining cars! There is a reason the place has tons of cameras to record incidents within the facilities but unless you have an attorney or insurance requesting the video footage, you will not be allowed to see the footage. I was immediately told that I could have my attorney request the footage if needed, which tells me that they're constantly responding to these incidents and it's probably a common ordeal . Dont risk it! Their employees are nice and sweet but the business will never take responsibility for their failed safety measures! read more

Don't buy a membership with Quick Quack! When I bought mine they promised that my monthly rate would not increase and that was a main reason to buy their membership. THEY LIED! In one fell swoop they increased my membership price nearly 15%. When I called corporate to complain they said too bad, it states they can increase their price in fine print of the contract (which of course you never see a contract when you sign up at the drive through of their car wash) Total BAIT AND SWITCH. Don't frequent this car was chain and if you do, for sure don't buy a membership! IT'S A RIP OFF!!! read more

A good place to get your car clean in a jiffy. Of course, you will need to dry the car and vacuum the interior. The vacuum hoses are available for your use. Buy a membership for unlimited washes. A good value. The staff processes you quickly without hassles A plate reader expedites the process quickly for members. Yes, I'm a member and a fan of QQ car wash. read more

Came by today just looking for a quick wash and go. I was a bit hesitant about this location because of the mixed reviews, but it was close by and I was in a rush, so I gave it a shot. Andrew made the whole process easy from the start. He was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions, even the ones I thought sounded dumb. I have attachments on my car and was a little bummed when I found out they aren't allowed, but I really appreciated that Andrew let me know before the wash. Better safe than sorry. I'm glad I stopped by. I rarely make reviews here but they genuinely do their best to help you, and value how much we're taken cared of during the wash. The service was great overall. Don't let the mixed reviews stop you, just come by and see for yourself. read more

Half of the brushes inside aren't working. Tire shine doesn't work either. Use someplace else. It's been this way for 2 weeks. It doesn't clean the car or wheels read more

Friendly, helpful staff, fast wash. You need to bring a drying towel or two to finish drying some spots that the automated dryer doesn't quite finish. But you're going to be vacuuming at the self-serve vacuuming station anyway, so it only takes a few extra minutes. Minor inconvenience. read more

Great service manny was a true gentleman and helped me with my first time visit . i'm not from here so he was very helpful and I recommend coming a quick wack. read more

Great service, everyone who works there looks happy to help you, and you feel valued.

Every time I go through, my side mirror gets hit and buckled in, which is frustrating and could easily cause damage. On top of that, the whole car wash smells terrible, like dirty water that hasn't been changed in ages. Even after the wash, my car comes out with water spots all over it, so it never actually looks clean. Between the risk to my car, the awful smell, and the poor quality of the wash itself, I can't recommend this place at all. read more

I went into this quick quack car wash at 11:30 on March 26 and the blonde kid that was working there was such a jerk. I don't know why anyone has to act like this. If you think you're too good for the job you have then get a different job. If you hate your job and don't like dealing with customers don't take it out on the customer. The girl who sprays the water and sends the cars down the tunnel was polite kind and respectful. I won't go back. read more

I highly recommend quick quack car wash. I have great pride in my car, as well as the paint and finish and I normally would never take my car through a non-touch free but I have the top tier membership- ceramic unlimited wash package and it is fantastic. by far, the best automatic car wash I've ever been to in my life and that says a lot. All the employees are very friendly, genuine, the place is clean. The lines are short, Josiah is very kind and always has a smile on his face. Nick. Is also very professional genuine, and kind. It's employees like Josiah and Nick that make coming to quick quack and already great experience that much better. Oh yeah, and the tire black actually works, it's magic the tire black always makes my tires look really good, it doesn't spray your car everywhere. Somehow it just gets the tires and maybe you have to wipe your rim down a little bit so what? ‍ read more

I needed a car wash on short notice. This is a great place. Great service by the staff.

Horrible experience! Don't come here unless you wanna get harassed by Jesus ! Place was packed so I parked in what I thought was a normal parking he comes up to my car and tells me that I needed to wash it before cleaning the inside didn't know there was an order to wash my own car? He then leaves and I notice him taking pictures of my car ? Never been treated this way been coming here for years read more

The service here is wonderful. The crew welcomed my arrival with fresh towels and wipes. The wash here went smoothly. Yet more specifically, I got exceptional customer service from Andrew! I never thought I would feel at home at a car wash, but I was proved wrong! I can't think of any other location I'd rather go to for a wash other than here! If you are iffy on where to go to your next wash in the valley, this would be my final choice! God Sent! read more

The car wash is great and the staff is really nice the only drawback is that the tire shine does cover the whole tire. Only parts

Fresh towels clean facility no wait friendly service will return to this location again.

Another problem with tire dressing. Corporate response was instantaneous and appreciated. Hopefully, problem solved

The wash is fine but vacuuming your car is almost impossible during the day. People pull into the vacuum spaces and stay there for long periods of time talking on their phones and in one instance I actually saw a drug deal going down. The staff couldn't care less and I was told the vacuums are "free to anyone" whether they wash their cars or not. A tiny sign says there is a 10 min limit, but staff NEVER tries to enforce it. Very disappointing. You can do better! read more

Business Owner In your response to me, you requested I contact an email address with my name and telephone number so a customer care supervisor could contact me. Let me help you...as it appears that you did not read my first review. 1. I called your 800 telephone number to speak with your "customer care" representative. 2. I was informed by this "customer care representative" that there was nothing that could be done about the matter. 3. I asked to be transferred to a "SUPERVISOR". 4. After a very long hold time, a "Customer Care Supervisor" came on the line. 5. I explained the situation to the "Supervisor". 6. The "Customer Care Supervisor" told me the WAS NOT A PROBLEM FOR YOUR COMPANY. 7. When I asked her if she would like buying someone a gift and they be sent the receipt, she said, "No." 8. But, she would not like this happening to her, but it is okay for it to happen to someone else???? Dear Business Owner, why would you think I would want to supply you/your company with my personal contact information to have everything repeated to me? I was made very aware that your customer service department does not wish to do anything to assist the consumer. Basically, give them "lip service" and get them off the phone. It also is very interesting that your company must have several issues with problems, as you have gone to great lengths to keep your corporate office telephone number unavailable from the general public. THIS ACT, KEEPING CUSTOMERS FROM OBTAINING YOUR CORPORATE TELEPHONE NUMBER, SPEAKS VOLUMNS ABOUT YOUR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICCE AND YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE NOT WANTING TO FACE THE BLOW-BACK FROM YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. Just so you are aware, since this situation has happened, I have discussed this matter in an HOA meeting, letting my neighbors know not to use your company. read more

STAY AWAY if your car is more than 5 years old. I've been a customer for years. I recently went through their wash and the front wiper arm was damaged. They're lost a loyal customer due to this horrible customer service experience. read more

It has been more than 18 months since I visited Quick Quack on Vista Chino in Palm Springs. I was very disappointed then, but decided to give it another try this past week. Things have only gotten worse. Rude and unhappy employees. Unkept facilities. Trash overflowing, and broken vacuum. I have been recurring member of Quick Quack for many years, but choose to drive to either Cathedral City or Rancho Mirage locations. Palm Springs Quick Quack will hopefully be closed down or sold to another franchisee. read more
