First off there's a worker who never offers back your change that's under a 1$. She assumes we don't want it because it's not a lot? I'm not sure. Then today I had a rep named Maria that was terrible. I called beforehand and asked what I needed. They told me my id, a check stub, and to have a flare card set up. I get there, haven forgotten my card in the car she says you don't need it. I run it, afterwards she says I'm denied because I don't have a checking or debit card. I was dumbfounded. Then, I bring the card in and run it again. NOW she says it got denied because Direct deposit hasn't finished setting up yet. No one ever mentioned direct deposit, and when i brought that up to her she says she doesn't know who I spoke to and it's not her problem. How these people get paid even minimum wage is ridiculous to me, I'm planning on going out of my way to do business elsewhere.
