My wife and I needed to change our bath area from a tub/shower to a walk-in shower so that as we are ageing we could do it in place. Our home is 85 years old and presented some challenges, cast iron tub, original tile with cement backing and wall paper. We contacted USA Bath and met with their marketing rep, Daniel M. We negotiated an acceptable price and signed the contract. We were told to anticipate a 4 to 6 month lead time on installation. Ten weeks later we were called to set up an installation date. Very pleasant surprise. It took them three and a half days to complete the job and it was perfect. Our installer Tim H. performed with the knowledge and ability of a journeyman tradesman. Everything was pre-planned from demolition to final install. We could not have wished for or expected a better result. USA Bath bent over backwards to make sure that we were satisfied with the end result. If something was amiss the installation manager, James B., addressed the situation immediately, no hassle. We contracted with USA Bath to install a walk in shower. We chose this company after meeting with its salesman, Zach, who impressed us with his knowledge of the product and its warranties. He also projected an air of honesty and integrity. Throughout the 6 months' process, he was quickly responsive to any issues that arose, such as county permit requirements that were a challenge, given the age and construction of our house. When it came time for the actual installation of the shower, we had an installer named Brandon. We give him 5 stars! He was professional and respectful of our home, and showed up on time, working hard every day. He obviously knew his job very well, and when faced with an unexpected problem, worked out a solution that saved us a few thousand dollars. He completed the job with superior workmanship. How to describe my experience with USA Bath. Honestly it was a little different than what I am used to. A few times we second guessed the company and almost wanted to cancel the project For our master bath. That being said the installer they sent me made every doubt I had go away. He was without a doubt the best installer I have ever met and he made sure the job got done. He went above and beyond his job and I could not have been happier. There was an issue that happened after the job was done due to the rain and he was off the next day however I reached out and he showed up that day to make sure everything was alright and working. Woohoo ! We recently remodeled our bathroom which included the shower. The sale was not pushy allowing it to be our own choice. The installation was provided within the time frame I requested, it was easy without hassle. The gentleman was prompt, explained each step as he proceeded with the installation, again allowing for me to provide my voice when needed. Tim worked on replacing our broken shower door today and he did an incredible job! He went way above and beyond-- he changed out all the hardware and put in new glass, then he noticed my silicone was peeling in a few areas in the shower so he cleaned it out and reapplied all new! He arrived at 12:30 and worked until after 7 pm at night and made sure everything was perfect. He did a fantastic job! I have been very happy with USA Bath. James has always been amazing to work with as well. I've had some bad luck with this bathroom but USA Bath has been great throughout the whole process. read more
