Our new shower is a 10!!! We love it. The three is how the install was handled and not by the installer but the office. We were told to plan on 2/3 days for the install so we did. But the office scheduled our installer only 2 days. He needed 3. The finish on the project was not done well at all. The office called him many times on the 3 day to see if he was done. So he said to us he was done, please sign here and he was gone. No walk through on the finished shower and we know why after he left. There was the glue stuff all over the place, walls, door, floors. I tried to get it off but couldn't. I texted the installer and he said he would come back and clean it up. There was a leak in the shower head and the cartridge was installed wrong so the hot and cold were reversed. Another person came out and fixed that. After the fact, I should have called the office and told them the installer was not leaving until the job was done. But we do love the shower... read more

Definitely worth the wait. John our installer did an excellent job. The finished install is exactly what USA Bath promised to do. Mark took a lot of time going over options and the process and the final outcome exceeds our expectations. I would highly recommend the USA Bath team. Worth every penny we spent. read more

It cost me more than $18,000 to replace a vanity top and faucet in one bathroom and to replace the tub, vanity top and faucet in another bathroom. No cabinets, no flooring, no painting. Oh, and I had to purchase the two faucets myself. The company required a 50% down payment in November '25 and didn't start the install until the last week of March '26. The installer seemed competent, but he cracked the bathroom door molding in 2 separate places and left black marks. He did clean up after himself, even sweeping out my garage where he set up his worktable. On top of everything else, I had to buy a new shower curtain rod because after the installation the old one wouldn't fit. The service provided was overpriced, in my opinion and the company's hard sell tactics make me reluctant to recommend them. read more

From the beginning the process was ez and quite transparent. My sales rep Mark was quite helpful and guided me thru all the steps explaining all the features available and time frame of what to expect. They got me set up for no interest loan if payable in a year. I also requested if possible to get an asap install which when there was an opening called and scheduled me. The installer Jimmy was very good and professional explaining each step as well as suggestions. Did an amazing job and when done fully explained everything to me. Highly recommend! read more

I wouldnt advise this crap company to noone they struggle to hire anyone off the streets with drug issues to become installers dont do job right ! 10k starting is ridiculous for the cheap material it takes around 10 months to install run run run ! stay away from this company just after your money and dont care about the messed up work ! once you sign you cant even get your money back the material does cause mold they lie read more

The remodel met my expectations. It's a costly project but within other companies estimates for the same work. You pay for what you get, very satisfied at this point. read more

My second install. The first was 2 years ago for my shower. Recently for my bathtub. It's a little pricey but worth it for the quality of workmanship. No stress, and I can trust the work. I booked directly through the company. Both installers were very patient as I decided on the perfect placement for grab bars, shelves, etc. read more

base pricing is astronomically expensive for a simple bathtub shower walls using single panel acrylic or Flexstone. Starting price of $8k is extreme compared with tile alternatives and install around $3k. I am going with tile from other professional installers. read more

Isael with USA Bath performed this job. The ultimate professional. Unlike other contractors that have been inside my residence performing work, he kept his entire work area, inside and out, tidy and any and all tools nice and neat. He put down runners without me asking. He worked a full day everyday. Took about 3 1/2 days done professionally and the right way in my opinion. He was respectful and communicated as all professionals should. His work ethic is nothing short of astounding. Even my wife commented on his professionalism and she doesn't like anything she isn't doing herself! I wasn't so sure it would look like we envisioned but honestly it looks even better. I salute you Isael. read more

The person that came out to remodel our bathroom had great communication, was on time and got the job done so quickly and efficiently without cutting corners. My bathroom looks great, I wish I would have used them for my guest bathroom remodel. This company's warranties are great and they even tell you how to care for your remodel as far as what products to use for longevity. Glad we decided on the company for our bathroom remodel, highly recommend. read more

We're very happy with USA Bath shower/tub installation. The entire process was efficient and professional. Our installer, Philip, did an excellent job. We really appreciated the time he took before beginning the project to make sure it was exactly right, as he did throughout the entire install. The sales consultant, Kristen, also spent a lot of time with us, guiding our decisions. Visiting the showroom in West Sac was helpful. Highly recommend read more

I would not do it again. To keep the warranty on the seals you have to schedule a maintenance every five years. Due to covid, I called at the 7 year mark and they would not honor it. They insisted it had to be done every five years. If they were really a customer focused company, they would have serviced the seals. read more

John did my bathroom installation and he did a wonderful job very professional cleaned up behind himself and very personable

In the fall of 2024, my husband Jim and I went to the USA Bath show room in Reno and talked to Shelly for quite a time about the possibility of removing our 50 year old fiberglass shower/bath and turning it into a walk-in shower. We were sort of on the fence about the whole process, because we're both retired on fixed incomes, and spending a great deal of money was a little intimidating. But knowing that we were planning on aging in place in our small home in Tahoe, we decided to go forward with the project. We didn't want the project to happen during the dead of winter, because in Tahoe, you can never depend on good weather a that time of year. We have no garage, so there wouldn't have been any place for the installers to work. Shelly was very patient, and worked with us very sensitively on the scheduling. When the installation day finally arrived, we were scared, but a little excited too. And then we met our installer, Jimmy, who is a kind, extremely professional, and superbly meticulous gentleman. The work he did at every stage of the installation was of the highest quality. We had many questions during the process of the installation, and he always took time to answer them patiently. The finished product is absolutely stunning! But we are going to miss seeing Jimmy. He arrived each morning of the three days with a smile on his face and ready to go. We couldn't be happier! Thanks, Jimmy!!! read more

Well so far they have been very reliable and professional. I will write more after the remodel is finished in June.

BATHROOM REMODELING(Tub to shower): He would always confirm with me on what I want for my bath. You really did great John! Keep it up.

Very, very expensive, they charge 3x on the fixtures if its anything other than the polished silver, everything is extra...

I guess if you need to come to this business expect more one to be here. Been waiting for 15 minutes for someone to show up. Finally got tired and started snooping in the offices to see if anyone was around. Very unprofessional. read more

amazing job installer was knowledgeable and explained every step of the process incredibly happy with our new bathroom Thank you USA bath

I ordered my bath remodel on May 28 and was finally installed November 14th-16th, the final product is outstanding and I love it but the in between time not so much as the communication was not good. I had put money down and was going to pay balance upon completion and they kept trying to get me to finance it telling me I had to sign papers. It took three phone calls to straighten that out and I did pay off the balance without financing it was just annoying to have them tell me what I had to do. The installer, Cameron was fantastic, a very conscientious and great worker, an overall great guy! read more

While the finished product looks good, my experience was not. Don't believe the contract where it says the area will be left clean; my entire master bedroom and bathroom, walls included, are coated with dust and debris. The sinks and vanity covered in dirt and dust. My hardwood floors, covered in fine dust. I called the office And our sales representative on the first morning of the work to discuss a protocol to reduce the dirt issue- I never received a return call from either. The job took 4 days, it is now one day after completion and I have still not received a phone call. Once the contract is signed, don't expect any consideration regarding your concerns. read more

I had the wonderful experience of having a bathroom remodeled with USA Bath in Reno. From first inquire to the final install it was excellent. I had a tub removed and replaced with a walk in shower. Nancy the estimator was wonderful, explained all the options, had samples of everything, and not high pressured at all. The install only took one day from start to finish, Troy the installer is very neat tidy and professional and just a great guy. I wish I had done this years ago. read more
