My experience with this company has been stellar, In personal and business use both. I've used other storage facilities that were less capable and clean. The Admin here Patty and Bob have been awesome every step. Above all my stored property is Safe and cared for. read more

The staff is the best in the biz! So welcoming and professional!! Super clean and efficient - love their security and set-up so entry and pick-up is smooth and chaos-free. Thank you Patty, Dave, Bob and team for the great care!! read more

Safe, secure, reasonable. Staff is friendly. Place is clean. My only issue is the gate locking. It is too secure. You have to wait, sometimes more than 15 minutes if they are busy, for them to open the gate. Maybe a gate code or some other updated technology would be welcomed... Still, they are awesome! read more

My fiancé, Derek, and I stored our boat here for 5+ years. The facility is extremely clean and secure. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. It was a sad day when I ended my storage relationship with them. I can't recommend this place highly enough! read more

Simply The Best Storage facility I have ever used!! The units and hallways are open, well lit, and well ventilated. The staff is First Rate! Friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful! I would not want to store anywhere else! Thank you Patty and Dave for Always going above and beyond!!! read more

Bait and Switch. I put my stuff in storage just over a year ago for 99/month. In that time, they raised the rate. Twice! The first time within 2 months. Now again, a year later. And, seriously, aside from gas prices, who raises their rate approx 10% each "go at it?" They "bank" on the fact that moving junk in and out of storage is more of a hassle than paying extra...even though we're now paying 18% (the cost of 2 months over a year) addl each year. 'Very upsetting. I'm now going to start shopping around again. You don't see "First Month is Free, but hey...we will raise your rate twice each year! 'come on in!" Boo! read more

Wish I could give another star! Seriously, the entire team at US Storage/Valley Indoor RV is amazing. Since day one when we called looking for a place to store our Airstream, we have been made to feel like their best customer. Professional, caring people who treat our trailer like their own. The owners are wonderful people, and it shows how much they love their staff and the hard work they all do day in and day out. Facility always clean and tidy, very secure! A day we went to take our trailer camping it was raining and they had it ready to go inside so we won't get wet hooking up! We are so happy to have found Valley Indoor RV Storage! read more

My wife and I purchased a travel trailer this past summer. Our Burbank driveway is no place for a trailer, so we decided to look for a nice, indoor facility to protect our investment. We are so glad we found this place. It's absolutely top notch. From booking, to storing, to picking up, it's a breeze. Everyone is so nice and professional. There's a 3rd party service that cleans the trailer when needed, and they work seamlessly with the staff at the facility. And since I'm typing this during COVID-times, I can say that I've never felt unsafe there. Everyone is masked and very respectful. I'd recommend this place to anyone. read more

David was very helpful! Explained everything to me with so much patience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic doesn't even cover it. After having to move and get things done as soon as possible and shopping all over town to those who boasted as to having the lowest prices in all of SFV, I came across this place which is incredibly easy to find, do not boast BUT in fact, DO have the best and most reasonable prices in the SFV. They have great spaces, great storage, clean and even the people who I bumped into who were arriving to store their things were all saying the same thing. Professional customer service, people who are willing to work with you, and an amazing and friendly department and staff. Ask for Patty, she is THE BEST! ... not to dismiss the rest of the staff of course. i rarely get to say this, but five stars isn't enough for them. In a situation where most companies try and take advantage, this place is honest, candid and incredibly professional. read more

So glad I found these guys! I've been communicating; with Patty about an RV that's on order that will need indoor storage. Went in a few weeks ago for a tour (thanks Bob!) and the place was super clean and very well managed. As I didn't have the RV yet, Patty put me on the list and kept me informed throughout the process and long waiting period. Today I went in and signed a lease for an outdoor space for my enclosed trailer and, because I'm still waiting on the RV delivery, will have two storage spots at this location when my RV finally comes in. Just an example of how helpful these guys all are, when I dropped of my trailer today I noticed that one of the tires had low pressure... Brought this up to Bob and he said that they have a compressor and would just top it off before he stores it - he didn't have to do this, it was very appreciated. Very well run business with great people. Thanks Patty and Bob! read more

I made a reservation online with US Storage and four hours later the property manager had still not contacted me to confirm my reservation. I doubt they were so busy that I wasted 4 hours of my life waiting on them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Uhaul got me into a storage unit within 20 minutes of my online reservation. When I called to cancel my reservation with US Storage I got, from Marcus, "that sucks sorry dude". Awesome place, not so much!!!!!!!! read more

US Storage Centers - Self Storage Near Me - Chatsworth, California

Great service by the front desk! Storage Units are all on the first floor (no elevators). Easy access and extended access hours made it more convenient to move my stuff. Moved in February - weather got to 75 deg outside, but it felt like 60-65 deg inside the storage unit. I'll see how the unit does in the summer. But the price, customer service, and accessibility made this place my top choice over other storage businesses! read more

I've had units with Public Storage, Extra Space and now US Storage Center Plummer. I must sincerely say that our experience with US Storage Center Plummer was the most pleasant. They were very upfront, transparent and answered all questions that I had. This is in addition to there very competitive rates. A big reason for us leaving the other companies was they didn't offer good customer service, always raised rates very quickly and security. However, Patty was great to work with. Plus there location is super clean and ultra secure since all units are indoor and alarmed. If you guys are looking for storage units I would highly recommend reaching out to Patty at US Storage Center Plummer. read more

It's always a pleasure renting a unit at the US Storage Center. The staff here is always helpful and the facility clean.

Evelyn and Bob were the best! I previously went to a different storage place down the street and was grossed out- I wouldn't even leave my trash locked up there! I stumbled upon US storage centers and they were so helpful and the facility is clean!!! They gave me a great deal and I am beyond happy with my experience. I have already sent my sister in law over there since I was so pleased with their service. Best storage place in the valley for sure! read more

I was looking for a storage unit for my stuff , I checked out every place in the area! This place is the best , super clean, super accommodating, and super friendly! PATTY? omg she is so sweet and upfront, open and honest from the start. I misunderstood the hours in the opening conversation we had , figuring the place was open until 9pm for the tenants, which it is but I failed to realize the office closes at 5pm. Which completely screwed my day up because I had about 2 more truck loads to load in and didnt realize I wouldn't be able to use the dollies/carts they provide after 5pm , hence they are locked up in the office at closing. Luckily I arrived about 15 min before they closed the office and when i found out, patty said it's ok if u need it just use it and leave it in your unit locked up , we will work it out and get it from u when we can, no worries! Holy cow, that saved my day. PATTY and her staff have been so friendly , helpful and always greeted me and served me with a smile also this place is so clean and u can tell they care about their service and their customers! After all without us they wouldn't be in business but most importantly without them we wouldn't have a storage unit that Rocks!! Believe the hype, all the positive reviews on here are why I gave them my business in the first place, and now I am not only a true believer in them but I'm also going to be a long lasting consumer!!! Dont look anywhere else. This is the spot!!! Happy storing everyone !!! :0] read more

The best. High class storage for my large baby aka airstream trailer. She lives in the "airstream room" and it is so secure and full service. They pull it out and park it for me. Dump station everything we could need!!!! Wish I found them sooner. Also have my Shasta here and was at a previous place outside dirt lot. Other rigs were clearly robbed and made me nervous. No more!!! My investments are safe. :) read more
