I came in person 4 times to seek answers and I was dismissed each time with the "it should come" or "it takes time". It does not take 6 weeks for mail to arrive. Speaking to the manager has gotten me nowhere. To top it off, this appears to be a significantly understaffed post. Staff members will be called to a window around the corner from the main windows and you will wait upwards of 15-20 minutes before you get an unsatisfactory response. Never in my life have I witnessed this poor of a USPS service in my life. Understandably funding is reduced and things are hard but to dismiss the concerns of a customers is beyond.
