So keep it slow and pop in to this post office for shipping supplies. The hours are limited, no Saturday hours for mailing, M-F 8-1:30, 2:30-4:30. Lobby open for P.O. Box retrieval. They have a nice greeting card section, and it's well stocked with mailing boxes and labels. No passport service, but they have money orders available. For such a tiny post office, the parking lot is pretty roomy!!

I grabbed one to see what was happening in this small "village" of about 1,300 people. There's not much else around this area, a convenient store, gas station, etc. A clerk there wasn't quite friendly and when I asked about the building she asked another person. The postmaster named Brooke, didn't know much about the building either or it's history, so our conversation was pretty short. The website lists another person as the postmaster, Thelma Stephens, so I'm not sure what's up there. No passport service. Hours: 8-4:30 M-F closed for lunch from 1-2 Saturday 8-12

Tons of parking, easy drive thru mail boxes, post boxes galore, spacious so you don't feel cramped, with several desks throughout for customers to us to address letters, fill out forms, or package boxes! There are several kiosks with gift cards, greeting cards, and fun, whimsical shipping supplies to give your packages a pop of color! The sliding doors are motion activated and there's a futuristic sense of awe in this spacious post office. A few years ago I had a package sent that the sender forgot to include my apt number on. My regular mailman had the day off and I just happened to be grabbing the mail and saw that the package was not delivered. We tracked it and saw it was being sent back the the sender, so we rushed to the post office. The person behind the counter got the tracking info from us and decided to check for it and found it right away. Another time recently my mailman saw me near the mailbox and gave me a shout because he had a package that was too big for my mailbox and would've had to be picked up from the post office otherwise. This location does get really busy, there are a lot of apartments nearby in walking distance. Sometimes they are understaffed, but that is the case almost everywhere. Everyone I have worked with here has been professional.
