However, the positive experience took a downturn when inappropriate remarks were made by one of the staff members. While providing information about shipping options, the staff member made a comment that was both unprofessional and unrelated to the transaction at hand. Such remarks have no place in a professional setting and detracted from an otherwise positive interaction. Moreover, the wait time was extended by the staff member's distraction, as they were frequently scrolling through their phone and texting while attending to customers. It's disappointing when employees prioritize personal communication over customer service.
