You can't expect everyone to know how the process works perfectly, your there to help not make people feel bad for coming in and making you do your job. I had everything filled out but the address and my signature and made me feel bad because she has another appointment coming in. Well the appointment is 15 minutes... and I've been here for 5 minutes. Every response was made to feel you feel stupid like you should know all of this. Would never go back here for anything.
