The lady was rude the entire process and if I asked a question it was an inconvenience and was irritated. You can't expect everyone to know how the process works perfectly, your there to help not make people feel bad for coming in and making you do your job. I had everything filled out but the address and my signature and made me feel bad because she has another appointment coming in. Well the appointment is 15 minutes... and I've been here for 5 minutes. Every response was made to feel you feel stupid like you should know all of this. Would never go back here for anything. Was just completely rude the entire process.

When FedEx customer service called her with me on hold, she stated I had UPS packages which I didn't, she looked at my pre-paid FEDEX ground labels herself. Her shipping store doesn't even accept UPS packages so why mention $2 fee to me and tell the FedEx rep I had UPS packages? Business must be super slow that she's feeling the need to try and scam prepaid customers out of money and not the cleanest place to do business store looked a mess!
