I don't follow directions well. I have adhd. I don't find it a negative it's more a positive. I'm better suited with action & have to pay attention or can't recall. I don't have patience. They are simple for Jenn. Typically phone has the label ready to be shared. My phone needs to be incessantly restarted. I need a new phone. This one is outdated. The PDF choices aren't as good as they once were unless you want to pay. Jenn, Jorge', & the other employees which I had written down but lost their names are all very professional, kind & helpful. Jenn helped me at my various visits. The items returned are heading to the same facility yet I had to go to Walgreens to send one package. They don't give you a tracking number or other at pharmacy store. Strange to purchase 2 items from the same store online yet they are returned by two different facilities. I'd think the business would prefer all comes back in one package opposed to paying for 2. It's a reliable online business & I don't have one near me. I recived the refund from Staples shipping yet have not received funds from other? They help me Everytime & are very pleasant employees! Maybe it's the customer who's not too nice?? I sometimes ship things through Facebook marketplace or as an Amazon return and while doing that, despite declining a receipt because it was "no longer mine," was given the receipt anyways and told I should hang onto it in case any issues arrive where people are saying they didn't receive what I sent.
