It defeats the purpose of…read morethe convenience for me to use them because when I have looked at my bank statements and I have seen the charges made to my Fedex account, I have to call 1 800 GO FEDEX each time to question the charges made and each time they have told me the weight of the items I've sent. The most recent transaction had been a package of 15 of the silicone wrist bracelets. The weight that Mailboxes assigned them was 10lbs!!!! (heavy bracelets huh? don't think so...) Bringing my charge to $70!!!!!!!, to mail them to Florida. What are the people at Mailboxes doing? Leaning on the scale? Charging other people's packages to my account? I will never go to them again and thank you so much Fedex for correcting their screw-up not once but twice now. I suggest to anyone that needs to mail anything, to go anywhere but here.
