The very least, you could have put it on my steps, I understand it was a very heavy package, but come on. Very disappointed. I know they aren't paid to help, but I would have gave the guy a tip if he would have waited for me to answer the door and helped me get the package in the door. Tracking said the package was in Memphis, Tennessee for days. Each day they said the package would be delivered by 8 PM at the latest. However, the truck was back at the terminal by 6 PM with my letter on board each day. Fedex customer support said I could not pick up the letter in person until they had attempted 3 deliveries. We will never use Fedex again. And, by the way, they said they will not automatically refund our money for this TERRIBLE service.

I was concerned about the logistics of the shipment, which had to be moved across the country on a tight schedule. SURE was more than up to the task. They called to introduce them- selves, picked up the freight as scheduled, delivered it exactly on time and called afterwords to ensure that all was in order (it was). It's refreshing to write about a company that gets everything right. No driving around to find a spot - there are plenty to be had in this mall-esque type area. 3) The speed. WHOA. They're fast. I've never had this kind of speed and accuracy at any other FedEx Office Centers. 4) The incredible staff. I am greeted warmly when I arrive and when I leave, I am discreetly talked to about the things I need printed (it's annoying when the whole queue behind you knows your business isn't it?!), they are patient problem solvers who are far more creative than you might realize (so lean on them for advice... mostly about printing and shipping, but I'm sure they could offer up some for personal issues too), if something seems crazy expensive they double and triple check that a) their system is really charging that (and if there are any workarounds) and b) if I'm absolutely positively certain I'm okay with the cost. I had previously said that "I was spoiled, as I usually print at home... when I need weird sizes, FedEx is my go to," but I gotta be totally honest: I now pretty much just do ALL my printing here (from posters to recipes to lanyards to guest lists - you name it). I like it. I like how reliable it is, I like how clean and bright my stuff always looks, I like that the staff is beginning to feel genuinely like my coworkers (that's not weird, right?). They are franchised owned by non-UPS employees whom get a cut off your purchase (shipping for example)... -If its 50-bucks to send a box at a bona fide UPS facility, they charge you 75-bucks and put 25 in their pockets...
