I have used this post office for a good many years now. If…read moreyou get a box here they work the same as other post office boxes. You start with Two keys. Replacement p o boxes vary in price depending on if you go in or order online. I recommend going in person when possible for the best results. They have standard business hrs. The post office clerks have always been helpful and kind to me. They do have peak hrs. So if your have business you need to get done. Call ahead and ask for a good time to go. Getting into the post office / leaving can be a bit of a pain due to cars blocking view while trying to leave or the street light being right in front of the main entrance.

Upon opening the door to the service/counter, I was greeted by people in line almost out to the door I was trying to go in. Probably 25 people in line ahead of me, one clerk. See the issue? I left, went to the other end of Munsterville to a UPS Store with one clerk, and dropped it off instantly. Don't bother with the post office in Westbrook, it is a hole.
