I love coming here for all my shipping needs! The individuals who run it are always friendly and helpful. I always pick this spot as they really do it all, and if I'm ever needing a new piece of tape or help packaging something, they help me. I sometimes ship things through Facebook marketplace or as an Amazon return and while doing that, despite declining a receipt because it was "no longer mine," was given the receipt anyways and told I should hang onto it in case any issues arrive where people are saying they didn't receive what I sent. I appreciate them looking out for their customers and really making the process as smooth as possible! I never leave feeling like I spent a lot of money as everything always seems reasonable priced. Absolutely love this place! Unlike the sterile post office and its crabby employees, this place offers a welcoming environment. The staff there is always so friendly and accommodating. And they are efficient! I've never heard them say they're unable to do something. If you have to wait in line, there are all kinds of interesting items for sale to look at. This place is the best! They have helped me out with so many items being shipped whether it's overseas or just back to amazon. I purchased an air conditioner through the mail-stores were out. Upon opening the Box, it started to fall apart. Then in taking out the air conditioner and looking at it it was obvious somebody had dropped it!!! It was damaged really bad. So I was really stressing as it was heavy I wasn't sure how to get a box big enough to fit it back in and what to do about it. I called Amazon and told them I took pictures of it and they emailed me a return label. Not fully understanding the damage of the Box they told me just a duct tape it back together. That wasn't going to work. So I took it to Going Postal. Dan came out... took the air conditioner out of my car and the booklet etc and brought it into the shop and said not to worry. He charged me a small fee for the box but said he'd have it all packaged up nice and neat and send it right out today!!. I was shaking I was so excited! What a huge weight off my shoulders. To know they're taking the time and the effort to make sure it's going to be sent back with no further damage and helping me out so much was wonderful! read more

I moved to Oklahoma recently and went to Goin Postal in Auburn, ME. Three boxes were shipped on Tuesday and I received them on Thursday. Nothing was damaged in the first shipment.
