They had no problem letting me use their taper as I had just ran out of tape with needing about an extra 20 inches to have my package as secure I I would expect someone to send to me. This employee actually asked if I needed any help with finishing taping up my packageI! I am there 2-3 times a week and I have NEVER waited any longer than 5-7 minutes for service. But I EXPECT that and everyone SHOULD! Sure there is a few people in line sometime. But with all the people selling things online now a days UPS and USPS must be as busy ALL THE TIME as say CVS or Walgreens when you see 1,000 prescriptions done and sitting there waiting to be picked up! So the extra register and scale that have been put in has helped a lot with speeding things up too for sure. I had to leave a positive review as all I saw was negative reviews when I was looking up their hours for tomorrow. These employees ARE 100% as busy with as many customers as Pharmacies are! So EVERYONE SHOULD be going there expecting to possibly have a 10-15 minute wait. Even though I have never had to even wait that long myself even 1 time. So I felt the need to leave a REAL and honest review of MY personal experiences at this UPS location. Their employees are ALL working hard and have customers NONSTOP ALL DAY.
