The owner of this location is absolutely awful. Blames you when his associate clearly can not do his job correctly due to his mismanagement. Would not recommend you send anything from here I would find another shipping method for any item you need to send. If I could give no stars I would! After transaction was done and I had left the store your manager tried to fraudulently extort more money and you call that a 5 star service you have got to be kidding... Customers need to be aware of your deceptive practices with their credit cards before they do business with you. And you might want to learn how to spell and be able to construct sentences in the English language. read more

I will never use UPS again. My package was lost which was worth over $150. I paid $30 for my shipping which I was not refunded and every time I call they direct me to call somewhere else. Now I'm weeks later waiting on "investigation" and they haven't even refunded me for my failed shipping. What a joke. Save your headache and use fed ex. read more

This was my 2nd time in the store and the first time I printed my label ahead of time for my Amazon return but this time I had the store scan the QR code off my phone to print it at the store. I had never done it this way before and the store employee, Dave, seemed unhappy with his job. I didn't know I could get the code ahead of time so it maybe took me 30 seconds to get it up on my phone. Instead of Dave letting me know I could do it ahead of time or saying anything to me he just passive aggressively scolded me with this blue sheet of paper stapled to my receipt. Great customer service! No 'hi' or 'bye' or 'thank you' nothing but this blue sheet! Maybe save the tree and actually talk to your customers. I don't know how many stars to give for this experience, there was nothing really awful but also nothing great. read more

When I read the first Yelp review saying the patron dreaded going to this location, I was certain he was referring to the tight parking lot, with insufficient space for cars to back in and out or navigate easily or safely. THAT is the biggest drawback of using this location, the potential for an accident, NOT customer service, which is efficient and well-managed, or package delivery, which is the only reliable way to get packages to certain locations. like my daughter in MS, where USPS delivery only works promptly 50 % of the time. Packing services are excellent. I sent very fragile crystal champagne glasses, packed by them, that survived the 2500-mile journey!!! A bit expensive ( except the free Amazon returns), but all shipping is expensive right now! At least this one will ship your package successfully! read more

These guys are great. Besides the usual packing and shipping, they have a couple of notaries on staff and they are super helpful. From NH, I was selling my house in CA and it was really stressful. These guys (and girls) were so kind and patient and made sure everything was perfect. It's a bit of a drive from Warner, but this is my "go to" shop for anything shipping, printing or notary. read more

I dread going into this store. When I do, I'm determined to make it a positive experience. Once again, a total failure. I left feeling scolded and a nuisance to them for running out of tape and not taping the box before I arrived. I was in the process of buying tape and preparing to tape the box closed before heading to the service counter. Worker: "You don't need a box for an Amazon return" Me: "Amazon gave me a return label" worker: "We'll tape this one time for you" in a tone that made me feel I should have been prepared. Me: "thank you. I came in to buy tape. I'm sorry I didn't have it taped before I came in". Worker: "You can STILL buy tape" I mailed my package and bought tape before I left. Amazing! The staff at this establishment has been incredible through this holiday season and I believe they need some extra applause! It is always busy but they move things right along and with a smile. I had a slightly complicated situation and they were just so friendly and helpful and worked through it even though there was a line going out the door and they did it all with a smile! I try to avoid going into this store as they are generally rude and not at all helpful. The girls are fine but one employee in particular makes you feel like you are putting him out (david) I was new to sending packages back to Amazon and he was no help at all in fact I felt like he couldn't get me out fast enough, which was fine by me! Last week I was also in the store mailing a package and he informed me it was a cost to have them tape a package up (i had the return label and tape at home but had forgotten to tape it) I later learned from another UPS store I went to in Manchester they they donate all that money to a cause! If I had known that I probably would have even donated to the cause, but he was too rude to share that. I will be bringing my business to the Hooksett store or to Fed Ex moving forward read more

Giving only 1 star because I can't go lower. Had a bike seat to send to be redone. Cost was $158 to ship but when it was sent back in same box by UPS, it cost them $78. Went back because it appeared there was a mistake and I was charged too much. The guy had a mask & heavy accent, difficult to understand him and he just was not getting what my issue was. He said costs have gone up. OK, if this were true, I would have paid less to ship. He was nasty and finally said that they can charge anything they wanted. Wow! So they can gouge the customer. He was not interested in giving good service or even to be respectful. Will never go back to this store. read more

Be aware that they will require private information. If you refuse to give it to them, they will just take it off your package and id without seeking your permission or telling you what they are doing. They have a right to refuse to ship my package, but they do not have the right to put my private information in their store computers without my permission. I have a right to refuse to give my privacy information. This right was blatantly ignored, as it was taken without my permission, and with no apologies. read more

I've used this UPS store to return 2 shipments to Amazon with scanned labels from my iPhone. Each shipment contained 2 separate items. The first time one item was lost in transit (yeah right). The second shipmment contained 2 separate items. One arrived and the other says waiting for my delivery to UPS even though I brought them in together. Luckily I have a tracking number. These people are deadbeats. I won't use ythem again. read more
