Most notably, Sue and Teddy's Tees went above and beyond this year when our t-shirt order needed to be adjusted due to an error that we made with our original proof. When one of our interns at the program made a small mistake with the final proof for the t-shirt, Sue and Teddy's Tees did not make a big deal about the problem, despite the responsibility of the error falling squarely on our shoulders: we had made a mistake with the original proof, the shirts had been printed, and the error was clearly our fault (and not Teddy's Tees's fault). In fact, Sue and Teddy's Tees offered to reprint the shirts, fixing our mistake, and helping to ensure that all of our students would be happy and satisfied with the final product. A prime example of his customer-first outlook came recently in an order for frisbees for summer giveaways. Gus is in business to make money and I'm sure wanted this job, but he told us that all his suppliers had either massive shipping or tariff expenses we'd have to pay. He recommended another company that had free shipping, changing the project from out-of-the-ballpark to easily done. Yes, he lost this project, but you can bet we'll be back to see him on our next one because we KNOW we're dealing with someone on our side. That's worth an awful lot, so thank you Gus!

Horrible experience so far with this company. I ordered 2000 8.5x11 flyers from them. After a…read morelittle back and forth about getting my PDF upload correct for them, I successfully upload my job and it looks 100% correct on my end so I approve it and pay for the flyers. A week and half later I get a delivery - box 1 of 1. I open the box and to my dismay I see that images and colors are missing and boxes are printed out of alignment. The product is unusable. I immediately emailed BBP, and get a response saying to send them a photo of what I received, which I did. They said they will get with their production team and find out what went wrong. A few days later after following up with them a few times, I get a response saying I have something called "overprint" turned on, so I will need to have my files fixed. Remember my proof came out 100% correct when I uploaded it! I have no clue what "overprint" is nor should I need to, as I uploaded my file, as I'm expected to, and approved that it was correct, which is was. They should not have an upload, view, and approve process that shows me my image is correct and then blame me when something goes wrong on their end when they actually print the file! This company has taken my money, put me behind on my schedule, and frustrated me beyond imagination. I honestly cannot believe a company would do this to anyone.
