We have consistently had our packages delivered to the wrong place on our property. Even after…read morecontacting supervisors (no small trick with phone mailboxes, etc.) and getting our complaint put on a case number, the next delivery was dropped off at the end of our very long driveway, and then on the delivery ticket, it said it was delivered to the front door! Unless we live in the blue sand barrel down our driveway, that was a lie! We have specifically asked that packages be left at the front door. We don't understand why they are consistently left at the door on the side of our garage! This has been going on for years. Unfortunately, Chewey uses Fed Ex which means we often have to go outside and carry the heavy boxes around to the front door. I just don't understand why this instruction is so hard to follow!
