They had no problem letting me use their taper as I had just ran out of tape with needing about an extra 20 inches to have my package as secure I I would expect someone to send to me. This employee actually asked if I needed any help with finishing taping up my packageI! I am there 2-3 times a week and I have NEVER waited any longer than 5-7 minutes for service. But I EXPECT that and everyone SHOULD! Sure there is a few people in line sometime. But with all the people selling things online now a days UPS and USPS must be as busy ALL THE TIME as say CVS or Walgreens when you see 1,000 prescriptions done and sitting there waiting to be picked up! So the extra register and scale that have been put in has helped a lot with speeding things up too for sure. I had to leave a positive review as all I saw was negative reviews when I was looking up their hours for tomorrow. These employees ARE 100% as busy with as many customers as Pharmacies are! So EVERYONE SHOULD be going there expecting to possibly have a 10-15 minute wait. Even though I have never had to even wait that long myself even 1 time. So I felt the need to leave a REAL and honest review of MY personal experiences at this UPS location. Their employees are ALL working hard and have customers NONSTOP ALL DAY. So when working SO long and hard to keep things moving and help customers as quick and the best they can is all I have ever seen there. There is definitely not ANY employees wasting time or being rude to anybody any time I have been there. I am sure they have their RUSH hours and sometimes there must be a long line and a 10-15 minute wait but I have never seen it. So I say this store and anyone I have delt with there have ALWAYS been kind and helpful and fast. So please people before being so quick to give a bad review try to p t yourself in their shoes and KNOW your going to be seeing 1,000+ customers EVERY shift! so because of this at some points of the day some things will get backed up and with a line of customers it only makes for more anxiety for the employees to help them all and as fast as possible. WITHOUT making any mistakes too! This UPS store is wonderful and is open till 6 for all the workers thay can't get there till after they get out of their 9-5 job! So just think how hard things can possibly get when there is an error or mistake made with 1 person out of the 1,000 people they see on a shift. I would say they are doing an EXCELLENT job for how many customers they have to work with and help daily. Hope to see more positive feedback on. this store next time as the negative feedback is certainly not fair at all to how well this store functions and how busy they are EVERY day. They should be getting a standing ovation for their work and not complaining and negativity in the reviews. Do NOT hesitate to use this UPS store and just know it MAY be busy and it could be a 10 minute wait but I don't believe there is even that long a wait here very often. My girlfriend had been waiting on me in her bathroom and I had been in the restroom for a while dealing with my bowel movement issues -- something no customer should have to justify. When we came out, Roy immediately approached us in a hostile, confrontational manner and snapped, "What do y'all need?" When I questioned why he was being so rude, his explanation was that "homeless people come and steal." So what does that mean? Was he implying we were homeless? Accusing us of stealing? Either way, it was completely inappropriate and insulting. A manager should know how to handle customers with basic respect, not make assumptions or treat people with hostility. Roys attitude was unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing for someone in a leadership position. This is genuinely one of the first times I've ever been treated like this by a manager in any store. The lack of professionalism and the assumptions he made were unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate next, because behavior like this should not be tolerated -- especially from someone in a leadership position.

Here's the thing about old documents,like maybe some of you out there, I still had a lot left going back some 16 to 17 years. Now like a lot of people out there I have a shredder. Let's be honest though,how many of us (10 pages at a time) will actually shred such a big amount in a relatively short time? Raise your hand. (Pause). Yeah me neither. This is where neighborhood parcel comes into the picture. They are quick and efficient. If you take the drive up there my advice is to look for parking space 999( no not even making this up) as that is right in front of the building. They remembered me from a few years ago (hey I had a ton of old papers then). They are friendly as well and weigh each loose bag by the pound. Ironically I filled out and had them mail out the notarized certificate of document destruction. They will also email it to you only if you prefer. I can't tell you how much time they saved me (as I am getting to that stage in life of weighing time vs. money vs. the fact I won't do it all myself in this case). The relief of knowing that these old documents I was never going to look at again were all gone is priceless. If you've got a whole lot of documents you have been "meaning to get to" bring them here.
