    The USPS postwoman that delivers to my apartment is absolutely horrendous! On numerous occasions,…read moremy husband and I have asked her not to deliver packages to our building, management requires all carrier services to deliver to the main office where there is a secure package room. My baby's diapers were stolen after usps delivered them to my building and when I explained this to the postwoman and asked her not to leave packages there and to follow the rules, she argued with me. After that, she delivered packages on 2 separate occasions to my building, and then didn't even ring up to let me know! She knew it was wrong! I've called the office and they were supposed to make a note of this, call me back amd also speak with her, but none of that happened! Last night the same postwoman rang up to our apartment to say we had a package delivery. My husband went down to talk to her in person. For 1: she rang up to the wrong apartment, and 2: she argued with him, saying it wasn't her fault that my package was stolen and that I was just overreacting because I'm stressed out with having a baby and a toddler. There is a BIG green sign from management on the door in plain sight that states to bring all packages to the main building and carriers should have an access code. This woman is lazy, incompetent, unprofessional, rude, and does not do what she's supposed to. She will be reported. This is the woman that delivers to Waterford Place Apartments in Manchester NH 03102.

    i go to this store 2-3 times a week to ship items. I have NEVER had ANY issue/problems with the…read morestaff there at all. in fact one day I did need to still finish taping up my package I was sending out and the employee thay helped me couldn't have been any nicer! They had no problem letting me use their taper as I had just ran out of tape with needing about an extra 20 inches to have my package as secure I I would expect someone to send to me. This employee actually asked if I needed any help with finishing taping up my packageI! I am there 2-3 times a week and I have NEVER waited any longer than 5-7 minutes for service. But I EXPECT that and everyone SHOULD! Sure there is a few people in line sometime. But with all the people selling things online now a days UPS and USPS must be as busy ALL THE TIME as say CVS or Walgreens when you see 1,000 prescriptions done and sitting there waiting to be picked up! So the extra register and scale that have been put in has helped a lot with speeding things up too for sure. I had to leave a positive review as all I saw was negative reviews when I was looking up their hours for tomorrow. These employees ARE 100% as busy with as many customers as Pharmacies are! So EVERYONE SHOULD be going there expecting to possibly have a 10-15 minute wait. Even though I have never had to even wait that long myself even 1 time. So I felt the need to leave a REAL and honest review of MY personal experiences at this UPS location. Their employees are ALL working hard and have customers NONSTOP ALL DAY. So when working SO long and hard to keep things moving and help customers as quick and the best they can is all I have ever seen there. There is definitely not ANY employees wasting time or being rude to anybody any time I have been there. I am sure they have their RUSH hours and sometimes there must be a long line and a 10-15 minute wait but I have never seen it. So I say this store and anyone I have delt with there have ALWAYS been kind and helpful and fast. So please people before being so quick to give a bad review try to p t yourself in their shoes and KNOW your going to be seeing 1,000+ customers EVERY shift! so because of this at some points of the day some things will get backed up and with a line of customers it only makes for more anxiety for the employees to help them all and as fast as possible. WITHOUT making any mistakes too! This UPS store is wonderful and is open till 6 for all the workers thay can't get there till after they get out of their 9-5 job! So just think how hard things can possibly get when there is an error or mistake made with 1 person out of the 1,000 people they see on a shift. I would say they are doing an EXCELLENT job for how many customers they have to work with and help daily. Hope to see more positive feedback on. this store next time as the negative feedback is certainly not fair at all to how well this store functions and how busy they are EVERY day. They should be getting a standing ovation for their work and not complaining and negativity in the reviews. Do NOT hesitate to use this UPS store and just know it MAY be busy and it could be a 10 minute wait but I don't believe there is even that long a wait here very often. Thank you to ALL the great team members running this store! You're all doing a wonderful job! Please don't let haters and people who EXPECT anything and everything in their life to be ready and done ASAP! It's too bad people are so busy and only thinking about themselves and Whats going on it their little bubble. Then they expect to ALWAYS have anything with them done yesterday even. I am here to say sorry you people are in SUCH a rush! That a LITTLE wait would make you feel the need to leave a bad review. if you have been unhappy about having to wait a little bit due to a RUSH of customers at some point. Then possibly you should plan on a 10 minute wait from now on. That way when you're in and out in 2 minutes you actually have an extra 8 minutes to get you all ahead in all of our super busy lives!     I have used their services back in 2013 for picking up and shredding documents. I had decided to…read moredrive up recently (within about 7days of the new year) and save some time and money. Here's the thing about old documents,like maybe some of you out there, I still had a lot left going back some 16 to 17 years. Now like a lot of people out there I have a shredder. Let's be honest though,how many of us (10 pages at a time) will actually shred such a big amount in a relatively short time? Raise your hand. (Pause). Yeah me neither. This is where neighborhood parcel comes into the picture. They are quick and efficient. If you take the drive up there my advice is to look for parking space 999( no not even making this up) as that is right in front of the building. They remembered me from a few years ago (hey I had a ton of old papers then). They are friendly as well and weigh each loose bag by the pound. Ironically I filled out and had them mail out the notarized certificate of document destruction. They will also email it to you only if you prefer. I can't tell you how much time they saved me (as I am getting to that stage in life of weighing time vs. money vs. the fact I won't do it all myself in this case). The relief of knowing that these old documents I was never going to look at again were all gone is priceless. If you've got a whole lot of documents you have been "meaning to get to" bring them here.

I purchase a sofa from Joss & Main and I have been waiting for over 2 months...the company finally booked a date and told me the driver was going to call 30 minutes before , on the delivery day the driver called me 2 minutes before delivery and as I am getting changed to meet them outside they called me and said they will not delivery my sofa because my driveway was not sanded and had snow on it, I told them because of the length of the driveway( quite long) I was not going to sand it just for them, the driveway is flat and had no problems getting 18 wheelers driving through there to delivery Home Depot appliances 1 week ago, but despite my efforts he said he was not going to drive his 20'feet truck through it, so he asked me if I had a pickup truck, So they could put the sofa on it and drive it through my driveway, told him my neighbor had but I would need to talk to him first, but before I did that, I asked them to call the company to let them drive through he said he was going to call me back but after 10 minutes waiting and not hearing from him I walked out to meet them but he was gone... I called him asking why he left and he was so rude to me and basically that I was the only person that do not sand it's drive ways in my neighbor which is not true at all, I live in New Hampshire and 70 % don't dot it it snow too much here and for a long driveway like mine is not with the work and money. He said it was not his fault that I Live where I live.. he was terrible !!! I complaint with joss and main and they sounded very understanding and whiling to help me but never followed up ... so I ended up dealing with this trashy company own my own.. try one more time but at this time with my neighbor's help. At this time around I got a call where the driver said he was 30 minutes away but 1 hour later she's showed up...I thought they knew what was going to happen regarding my neighbors help, they knew nothing about it...my neighbor and I were freezing outside waiting for them , they told me that they didn't know anything about the story ...then I had to explain them what was going to happen... after I finished the driver said " I could have driven my truck down there no problem but now you already have your neighbor here ..." I could not believe that after all the trouble I have been through having my sofa not delivered once and now having to bother my neighbor , this driver was ok driving through my driveway... I was pissed... when we go the sofa close to my house they said the sofa was not going to go through the door and that they could not remove the packaging .. I asked them to try but they were not very interested in doing it, after a lot of insistence they tried but the legs would not go thought so I asked them that I would remove the legs and they said no and wanted to leave on my garage but then I had no way to get in my door myself so I beg to them to try one more time with out the legs once I have a sofa as big as that in my room and had no trouble fitting through. They refused to do anything .. one of the guys were cursing and moaning saying that this was bulshit, bulshit??? Bulshit are you guys and this shitty company full of rude lazy workers that don't give a shit about anyone . I could not believe that my sofa was finally here after 2 months waiting but those lazy as were ready to take it back... and there it goes my sofa once again... I was so angry!!!! After calling joss & Main again about this ordeal they wanted to try one more time with a upgraded delivery for assembled so they would remove packaging and assemble so they would make it fit in the door and not be reliable to anything.. but now I don't have my neighbor anymore to help me and depending on the driver he wil not drive down my driveway ... so now what? I want my sofa the joss and main is trying to help me but those losers from this DAM company is not letting it happen!! F...ing losers!!!! I will keep making them try to delivery this sofa as long as I can..

    I ordered a couch from wayfair In December 2014 it was suppose to arrive I believe January 20th…read more2015. it got in to the delivery company a few days early and I was super excited to get it after waiting about a month for it to arrive. The delivery company D.A.M Express LLC-Manch we picked a day and they informed me their delivery window was from 11AM-3PM we picked a day that ended up getting canceled due to snow. After a few reschedules due to weather they called to schedule the next deliver date and changed the delivery window to 12pm-4pm I explained to them that I was only able to be home until 1PM because I have already exhausted my flexibility with the days that had been canceled and I was still having to use job flexibility to be able to do that she told me that she understood and would make me a priority and leave a note with the driver that I was only able to be at my home until 1PM. At 2:30PM the driver called to tell me he would be at my home in a half hour . I explained to him that the dispatcher and I had spoke and she told me they would make me a priority and tell him I would only be at my home until 1PM. He then had to nerve to say to me well when will you be done with your personal stuff so you can come get this couch?? I said my personal stuff you mean my job? He then told me to have someone come to my home to get the couch from him. To which I told him this was not an option. The next day the dispatcher called and I missed the call and called them back explained that I was beginning to become very frustrated with the whole process and being told that I am a priority when I am not. She said they had scheduled it to go back out the next day and she understood I was only able to be at my house until 1PM that she would check the route and call me back and let me know what time they would be able to be there and if changes could be made. She never called me back and at 2PM the driver called to tell me he was a half hour away from my home. I once again told him that, he was suppose to have notes stating that I would not be able to be at my home past 1PM as I had already exhausted my flexibility with the first couple of times. He then told me he was never told that and that cooperate told them they couldn't make me a priority. I then asked them who in their company has the flexibility to stay home for a 4 hour window in the middle of the day 5 days in two weeks? he told me no one and then proceeded to compare my having to have flexibility several days in a row and compared it to getting a heating oil delivery - there is no comparison there. I finally gave up and told them to just leave the thing on the porch and I would figure out how to deal with it even if it meant I had to pay someone additional money to get the couch in the house. I then called Wayfair to tell them about the situation where the representative said to me so what do you want me to do about this?? At this point in my opinion they should have been like we are so sorry to hear about this. This is what we can do for you! instead I had to say to the women that at the very least I didn't think that I should have to pay for the shipping of these items. She told me that she could refund me $49 for this problem I was so frustrated at this point I was so annoyed by the situation that I took it, She then came back and told me that I had $24 in rewards points that she could add to the purchase and I could get this refunded to my account I am not sure how this was suppose to help me so what ever I told her sure. She told me to hold on for a moment and after about a minute I was being transferred to some survey with out my situation being resolved. I assumed we where disconnected and the representative would get my phone number off my order and call me back with a resolution. This never happened. I wrote a review on their web site , but it never went life so it seems they screen the reviews on their web site and do not let negative ones post. Over all I never want to deal with this experience again and will not be purchasing any more large items from the company and hope to never have to deal with their customer service department again.
