Then on 8/8 (long after I had left Maine), another invoice for $69.29 was generated, supposedly for the actual shipping. I was told nothing about this on 7/24, and the amount seems ridiculous given that I asked for it to be shipped via fedex ground. Calling the store today was a total waste of time; the staff just tells you they have nothing to do with billing, and transfer you to the living hell that is Fedex "customer service". Good luck with that - total nightmare, just more transfers and no substantive answers.

I sometimes ship things through Facebook marketplace or as an Amazon return and while doing that, despite declining a receipt because it was "no longer mine," was given the receipt anyways and told I should hang onto it in case any issues arrive where people are saying they didn't receive what I sent.
