I wish I got his name but unfortunately I didn't. This guy was so helpful & over accommodating it was incredible. My package had a P.O. Box address and Fed Ex doesn't deliver to P.O. Boxes. He started trying to help me out. He googled the business to try and get a street address but it listed several with all different suites. I can't say enough about this guy and how stellar his customer service was and is. He's a little older with glasses. He is outstanding. The value for me with them is better than the ups shipping. All in all I want able to ship out the package at that moment but regardless, their ownership of helpfulness was beyond what I've experienced in the past. Their prices are better overall than the other shipping company.

How is ringing the doorbell not standard? I called FedEx and they told me they won't redeliver it unless I call the shipped and have the request it. So I did that, seller put in request so I called FedEx again and asked about it and they told me I will probably have to wait until tomorrow. So guess what the means I have to take the day off again and sit at the door waiting for FedEx to show up. Insane.
