Used a thermal imaging tool to locate (possibly but not 100%). Told me initially they would scope the wall which they did not do. Sprayed some type of foam in the wall. Did not offer any alternatives to elevate the problem. Safe your money, and call someone else, I'm out $300.

Cody came with another worker a couple of weeks ago to inspect our attic for suspected Carpenter…read moreants and they did an outstanding and very thorough job inspecting the area, and were very professional in their work and communication. We were concerned because we had alot of sawdust or carpenter ant frass as they call it in the attic. After they inspected the attic and crawlspace we were assured that the carpenter ants were dead and gone after a treatment they actually did in 2022. I highly recommend this company!

I called Pro-Fresh after seeing so many great reviews. After speaking to the nice owner on the…read morephone (dagnabit I cant recall her name) she looked up my address and they'd been here before with prior owners :) So she was able to give ballpark estimate. Super reasonable rates! I made appt for Jacob; he arrived on time, did a walkthru with a nifty device that estimated square feet of exposed carpet (we left big items like couches/beds in place) gave us the bid on the spot, and explained the two methods. We opted for the highpressure water based treatment. Carpets came out very very good given the amount of 'spot damage' from our two little doggies (be aware they cant completely get it out, and water cleaning will cause some 'wicking up' from underlying carpet pad). Everything bright clean. Jacob was very professional, knowledgeable and quick, We're very happy, highly recommended!
