Plus, when asked why he doesn't actually sell film he went on a rant why film has gone up and he refuses to sell it which I thought was odd as he advertises it and if sold he technically wouldn't be loosing money. I then asked where I could get it and he said no where and he doubted stores would have it on this part of the coast. I called Walgreens and Walmart nearby who both carried it, which I drove 7 mins down the road and picked up. It was 12$. It disappointed me I couldn't just pick up at the only camera store in Astoria. Weird hill to die on that he wouldn't carry something that's advertised ON HIS SIGN. Dude had hovering energy and followed me out the store ranting.

They are also able to provide finger-printing, Notary, and PO Box services. They ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DSL. If you need a receiving drop-off point, they are happy to accommodate. But the folks who work here are total gems. Everyone is so nice and patient and personable. The place is efficiently run. Also, if you like seagulls, this is the place to see them. They're all over trying to grab a morsel from the trash. Decent prices. If you're a Recology garbage pick up customer, you get two free dumps per quarter, I believe. I took lots of trips here this summer dumping loads of sod from a yard project.

I can hardly believe what a terrific operation they have here. Waste pickup service is very good; you get 4 cans: Recycle, Glass, Yard Debris, and of course 'garbage'. I've noted their drivers are careful and good at their jobs. A great perk of being an Astoria customer is they send you a window sticker that lets you go in and drop off consumer volumes of yard debris at this collection facility. We've dropped off dead appliances here as well for a fee. I've noted there is a standalone hazardous waste building as well, not sure of its time/availability. Terriific service with a wave and a smile here. Believe it or not, their website does not provide the address nor a map of where this is! I'd say their IT dept needs some help.
