I do understand to an extent because they were busy but like i said i just wanted some 35mm rolls from their decent selections. Store is in a corner space that can be easily missed. Parking is tight and the store was crowded with boxes. Don't judge a book by its cover- I would recommend this photo lab. ***Side note- We have also gotten our kids's passport pictures taken here as well. It was an easy and fast process.

However, the employee in the photo lab was rude and dismissing. I had a print I needed for Christmas. For context, the print is a drawing my finance made for my mom commemorating my brother who died 2 weeks ago. I showed him the picture and he dismissively told me it couldn't be done by Christmas. When I said I would have to look elsewhere, given how important this gift is to me, he stared at me blankly and with a sarcastic tone told me "Good luck..." just a reminder to people to be kind, especially during the holidays...you don't know what other people, including potential customers, are going through. FYI to this jerk. I did have luck elsewhere.
