It seemed a tad dingy in there. This post office serves about 7,200 residents in the Blackstone community. There's a ramp for easy access and plenty of parking. They are open for retail M-F 9:00-5:00, and Saturday 9:00-11:00, with the lobby open 24/7. The usual services are offered, however, no passport service. With all the historically preserved architectural buildings here, you'd expect to find a quaint old fashioned post office. Maybe at one time there was such a building, but now the post office is a squatty long brick building with little curb appeal. This building in low! The windows are touching the roof. It's certainly not an attractive government facility, but it gets the job done! The hours are 8:30-5:00 M-F, 9:30-11:00 Sat. They have regular mail services, P.O. Boxes, money order services, but no passport service at this location. It was pretty clean and well-stocked with shipping supplies. There was also a greeting card and stationery rack. Unbeknownst to him, a USPS mediator was in line behind the lady and intervened without de-escalation in Andy's rude behavior. It is disheartening to witness anyone being treated poorly.
