These postal carriers are officially the worst ever. I have to call every other week because they deliver my mail and packages to the wrong address. And when I call they just act like it's normal. The lady at the front picks is always mean and nasty never accommodating customers. If I could give this post office 0 stars, I absolutely would. I had ordered a package coming from the UK (etsy product) so of course, the shipping is more expensive. The package was brought to my apartment and unfortunately, no one was home and there was a slip indicating that I could request the package be brought back to my apartment. I received the confirmation email that the package would arrive again at my apartment the next day. The package never arrived so I went to the post office to inquire about this. The staff at the post office told me they could not locate my package which caused me to become frustrated. I had asked the post office staff what had happened to which they responded with "we made a mistake and your package was sent back to the sender." I became infuriated and asked to speak to a supervisor and when I was approached by this supervisor (an older Indian Gentleman) he was insanely condescending and talked down to me insinuating that I was the one in the wrong. The supervisor stated that the sender could automatically send the package back at no expense of my own. (If you weren't aware, it is very difficult to get a package back especially internationally and with this package in particular it was custom made; therefore I would not receive a refund). I had asked the supervisor if he was 100% certain that the package could be sent back out from the UK. The supervisor stated he knew this FOR A FACT. I had asked the postal service staff how I would be compensated for this inconvenience and for being the one who would have to pay for shipping AGAIN. The supervisor told me there was nothing he could do for me and kept repeating it was their mistake and nothing could be done about it whatsoever. No resolution was made due to THEIR unprofessionalism and negligence. If possible, do NOT go to this post office due to their rude, condescending staff members who clearly, do not do their job correctly and offer unsatisfactory customer service. This will be the last time I route packages to their distribution center. read more

I have had it with post offices in general, but this place takes the cake. Not only is our mail carrier the most unfriendly, dismissive person (try saying "Hello" to him while he blatantly ignores you), but he is LAZY. I can't tell you how many non-signature-required packages failed to be left in our condo complex mail bin, even though the instructions clearly stated to do so. The "Sorry We Missed You" postcard that they leave in the mailbox is BS. Do they just decide that they don't feel like putting the box on the mail truck in the morning? The postcard should say, "Sorry we don't give a flying rat's ass about getting your important package to you, so please visit our facility and work around our abysmal hours to pick up your shit". Give me FedEx any day. Charge me more for delivery...I don't even care! I pray I am alive to see the day that the post office no longer exists! read more

So let's get one thing clear. Post offices, in general, don't seem to get a lot of love in America. Well, at least as far as reviews are concerned. And I've been to my fair share of crummy post offices over the years in various towns. But this one in Voorhees is so much better (and cleaner) than the vast majority of them. Sure, there are long lines from time to time, and the service may not be the quickest. But the people who work here are usually kinder than they may appear. You just have to give them time to warm up to you, which I've often found success by being the first to display gratitude. Be patient. It's a post office. read more

I came in today to have fingerprints done. I arrive around 3:20. Waited in line. When I got to the counter the employee stated fingerprinting ends at 3pm. I just drove 45 minutes to get here which I explained. I went to this location because the USPS site - fingerprint link (picture below) stated they were open until 6pm. When I explained this to the worker she literally laughed and said that those were just the business hours. I tried to be polite and ask is there no one who can do the fingerprints considering it's only a little after 3 and that I drove all this way she said "no, next in line." It was extremely rude. And maybe this location needs to have more accurate information on the website. read more

I am not local to this post office but a sender . I ship thousands of packages and this post office is the absolute worse to deal with in my entire career. I believe the mail carrier STOLE an item out of a package and then retaped it back up and left it in the rain on someone's porch. The post office was brought evidence of the box completely destroyed and refused to help my case by denying the package because it was "improperly taped and damaged". No shit! Your post office delivered it that way! The supervisor TED sucks. The lady in which took down the information AVOIDED my calls. She sucks too. And the post master? Who's that? Not sure which USPS office is responsible for DESTROYING my delivery, but the body bag saying, WE CARE, with a 3 paragraph apology just doesn't bring back the phone charger that was LITERALLY ripped to shreds. The internal electronics were there but no plastic casing AND it was sheared off from the cord..totally ripped apart with little metal bits laying around. Since almost all of our shopping is done online I have to acknowledge that FEDEX has never destroyed anything, ever. This isn't the first time USPS ruined a delivery. read more

A few of The mail carriers have to be the worse. They are lazy and just stuff mail in the boxes. They even placed my package on the ground next to the box....in the rain. I would give it zero but I can't. Multiple packages have been lost, mail is getting here late, and I am getting mail for people who don't live at my address. Went in and they gave me wrong numbers for who to call. The 'supervisor' John was completely useless. Only one worker was at the window so the line was long. I wish I never had to use usps. For having just moved to this area they are leaving a horrible taste. Complaints for both supervisor and mail carrier are being filed and police report for stolen packages will be made. read more

The absolute worst post office ive ever had to deal with! lazy people behind counter.. the couriers are USELESS.. there is always a line and the employees always seem to be on a break no matter how many people are standing in line! worst post office ever. the post master i think its parhinder? shes worthless. they never answer the phone. constantly misdeliver my mail. incompetent and inefficient. my father was with the post office in somerdale for 40 years and thinks voorhees post office is a complete disgrace with the issues i have. i have contacted bellmawr consumer affairs numerous times and made reports. that postmaster is a complete idiot and should be fired. half the staff needs proper training and or to be let go. cannot wait to move out of voorhees! read more
