The callous unhelpful way I was treated was inexcusable. There was no offer to check with the destination post office or to check in their building just to make sure it was not still there. I was told about all the possible ways the package could have been damaged in the machine or damaged in transit, but not one "let me see what I can do" suggestion. I will NEVER mail another package through the post office. There are too many other options.

Then I start getting this nonsense about them not having enough change, and basically refusing the sale because of a $20 bill(?). This is a fairly large and one of the more busy post offices... So I pulled out my debit card and paid for the items and service.... Annoyed, I leave. Later that day, I had totally forgotten about even being at the post office and the miserable woman who was serving me, until I looked at my online banking... I see an ATM surcharge on my bank app. I never go anywhere where there's a surcharge of any kind. I hate throwing money away.... So this place refuse to take the money I had. Left me with only an option to pay with my card. Then charged me for using my card!! It's not the amount of money charged, as much as it's a charge that should not happen... Not even a service fee, but a surcharge that was not even in the total that the woman told me I was paying. I doubt that I'll be using this post office again anytime soon. But when I do return, it will be with a jar of coins to pay for the services that I need.

This location is unfortunately the closest post office to my home. This was what I would call their "second chance," because I've had to walk out of here once before. After the employee (the same older male who didn't wait on me last time) finally finished with the customer he was helping when I arrived, a second customer approached with a small package. I don't know what the customer asked for, but there is not one thing a post office can do with a package that should take so long. I stood watching as the line grew all the way to the front door, no exaggeration. The employee was looking at his screen and occasionally typing for--I'm not kidding--between 5 and 10 minutes. My lunch hour ended while I was in line, and I gave it a few extra minutes, but he was still "assisting" that same customer, and finally, I had to leave. I had to drive to another post office, where the entire transaction took about a minute, and I was on my way back to my car.

They said one of their mail carrier who were new didn't know what they were doing so they messed up the delivery and delivered it to the wrong address which they admitted so now they gotta send someone out to try and retrieve it but they never contacted me back after a few days when I went there. If you order anything from online, my best bet is to go pick it up from the store because you can't really trust postal service with delivering your stuff either. Very disappointing because I'm fighting trying to get my money back all because they had screwed up the delivery, never again. If I'm gonna buy something online. I need to make sure they're not delivering it.

You gotta do that yourself" Asked for tape for the label and the guy pointed to the packing tape... to purchase for $3.99. I asked again to confirm that he wanted me to purchase the tape and he just said, "Yep". I asked to just use a couple of pieces of tape so I can get this ordeal over with. Guy just stared at me and didn't respond. So I just walked out. This location is a one minute drive from my house but I'd rather drive ten minutes out of my way than go here again.

The parking lot is very small. when you turn in, you basically have to decide immediately whether you're going left or right because cars come in right behind you. There's barely time to even use your turn signal. So just be prepared for tight parking. When I went inside, I was greeted by Lori, and she was very nice, helpful, and engaging. She assisted me with my packaging and even suggested that I take pictures of the equipment before shipping it. She gave me the opportunity to do that, which I really appreciated because I honestly wouldn't have thought of it. That tip alone was very helpful. I wouldn't personally return to this location since I don't live in New Jersey, but it's a great option if you're in the area.
