We've bought a pair of printers and had some copy work done here, and we can away generally pleased with the results. Products are products no matter where you buy them, of course, but we've found the employees to be pretty consistently helpful and often knowledgeable. They carry a decent stock of office supplies -- we have never observed any major shortages -- and the pricing is about what you'd expect. The store is clean, the guy at the copy and printing center very helpful, and there's lots of easy parking outside.

I understand the policy but was disappointed because what's the point of getting a washable rug if you can't wash it? ;) I started reaching out to other places in neighboring towns. I contacted La La Laundry and they promptly returned my inquiry and said "No Problem" and I could bring my washable rug in. Thank YOU!!!!! I'm here now, the place is immaculate and the staff friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Well the owner basically shouted at me in front of customers and my son. Something about putting too much change in the dryer, that the comforters would burn. I only put 4 quarters in the dryer. He also said that the comforters don't take long to dry. I have a big comforter so it does take a long time to dry. Plus he said I have to put it on medium heat. I know how to do laundry. Anyway, when the dryer was done, I took my comforters out of the dryer and left to go home. I just wanted to get out of there because I was embarrassed and humiliated. When I got them home, they were still very damp, so I hung them on the clothes line. I will never ever use this laundromat again. It is very unprofessional to shout at customers in front of other customers. I will use a totally different laundromat

My clothes came out smelling fresh and cleaner than they ever have. We use the giant giant wash machine in the front and it puts its own soap and cleaning into the unit itself. Word of caution - If you're mailing a package on a Saturday, go before 11:30. That's when everyone in town goes to mail their packages! The employees are also really efficient, perhaps a benefit of being in a small town. A friend mailed me a letter without the zip code and street number, and it still found it's way to me. I've also not seen any delay in mail being received after mailing in Goshen as opposed to mailing from a larger office, like Torrington. The evidence is more anecdotal, but I feel like my mail arrives at it's destination faster when it goes out of Goshen.
