It was crowded and I had to wait a bit. Totally expected to. The whole crew was incredible. The amount of patience they had and their complete professionalism throughout was awe inspiring. He said it would cost $750 to remove our termite problem from 1 side of the room, but he would not warranty the work unless we paid another $750 for the other side of the room. His written work authorization is very vague and based on his strange personally, if the Termites comeback, we believe he might not honor his warranty which could wind-up in a breach of contract dispute. We were forced to remove this pest issue and other companies in the area did not perform this service. His pricing for what he does is excessive and his warranty is vague. California Business and Professions Code Sections 8538-8697.4 Et Seq. regulates his profession and we had to demand compliance before filing a complaint to the State licensing Board. We think we made a mistake in hiring this Lassen Pest Control company! This is a negative Review because we value Yelp.com for finding reparable companies for our services and rely on reviews to make our decisions and hope to warn others of potential scams.

However, his Mother tracked down his body and stopped it right before it occurred. The DOJ failed to report the death in a timely manner but did it none the less. Now his family has his body and still cant burry him because the Prison has failed to cover up the murder and is trying to find a way to find a cause of death. However, they tried to claim he had a drug overdose as he died cuffed drowning in his own body fluids and brutally beaten. They gave him even though he was reported dead the very next morning the gave him numerous Narcan's and epy pins when you only need one for a overdose but in order to inject one he would have to have signs of life which he did not. Now they are under investigation and is refusing to provide a death certificate so he can be properly buried. May we all find justice for the numerous African Americans that were injured and Erin Brown and his family! This is a all white prison facility and a very dangerous one as well.
