However, it should not be the standard operating experience. Unfortunately, the Springfield USPS Distribution Center is one of the primary reasons I rely on Amazon for many of my purchases. The repeated delays and lack of efficiency have significantly diminished my confidence in the postal service.

It did take me about 15 minutes to get it unpacked and it was in perfect condition. this was a legacy from my sister who passed away so it was a lot more important to me than just a sound system and I was very grateful they did such a great job. Given all the work, supplies, and the high cost of shipping anything, I thought their prices were very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!
