We wanted to avoid lines and more covid confusion since the state is getting tighter on restrictions and lines will be longer. We got there and one person was ahead of us and we were greeted by the person at the second window Catie. She was so nice and personable it was a refreshing thing to deal with with doing a mundane task. She took all of our packages and was checking the addresses to make sure that they would be delivered to the right places. I misaddressed one. I had gotten the apartment number confused and slightly mixed up. She not only caught it and said that there might be a problem, so I went back and checked the address and sure enough there was. She was extremely sweet the whole time making small talk while getting us through as fast as possible. And also didn't make me feel dumb for making a mistake on the address. She did a great job and made a mundane task much more enjoyable, easier and faster than it normally is. Every package we had was checked and labeled and sent out to the respective parties and it was all just painless. I would definitely recommend coming here because they understand that while it's something you have to do, sometimes it's not high on your list. So they make it as painless and as fast as possible.

I thought I'd be waiting quite a while, but he got one person started on their info and proceeded to help three of us quickly while that was being done!! It would have been easy for him to just deal with one thing at a time, but he was friendly, hard working and super efficient. This is the kind of employee everyone dreams to have. i go to UPS all the time--usually it goes smoothly with great help. I went in today after a…read moremedical procedure. And that is significant because I did not take my purse- because of carrying the weight. so only took my credit card,phone and item to return. i usually request someone to help me type in the address of their store for a label. today when I asked they said 'no we dont do that anymore'. I was shocked. I asked them if this was a corporate decision or their decision. and the one helping me said 'Our decision" and then another employee walked behind me and said "we made a decision not to do that anymore" And I said. Well, I don't have my glasses. I can't even see my phone. I need your help. THE response. 'Well, maybe next time bring your glasses' ... really? Two of the others behind the counter are laughing and giggling with their little immature heads together like kids in grade school. So I looked at them and I said maybe when you're my age, you'll know it's not so funny.... at which they looked at each other and laughed more. I said something to the affect.. so 'telling Boomer jokes, make you laugh'...by now I am angry. Now I am trying to type- I typed the store email incorrectly so it did not go through. So the guy says to me, try typing and get the numbers right....REALLY?? I love doing this. I just thought I would stand here typing for entertainment. GOOD grief. I was in the store so long for what is normally a 2-3 minutes exercise for what 15 minutes?? Or longer. A very affective use of employee time. I had the entire line stalled while I tried squinted to read my phone and the sign. So after this delightful experience, I called the national complaint line. This is horrible customer service. And for what?? i never want to go back there again. Will figure something else out. Sigh.... AND the national complaint line says there is NO such rule. So there is that....

Terrible delivery service from this location. "We have a…read morenew driver and we are training," the manager tells us. "You are the only house with issues." Wrong. I can name seven neighbors with complaints. People are busy and don't have time to deal with this location's incompetence. Also, this office rarely answers the phone and who knows where the emails go or if they are ever even seen. - For the past year we get mail for a different address 2-3 times per week. - The carrier just tosses packages onto the porch, sometimes in the rain. Never mind there is often sensitive electronics in the box. - Mail is delivered during mail hold periods. This last mail hold saw three packages tossed onto the porch on three separate days. We called and had them come pick up the packages, which they did only twice, leaving the third package to go missing. - We have a circular driveway and for some reason the carrier will make a three-point turn in the driveway stirring up the gravel instead of just continuing straight through. Do they not realize so many people have security cameras these days?

It's road, not lane, Genius. IT'S ROAD...just like I told him, through my tears, when he snarkily said my mail would be returned to sender a year and a half ago. That one person caused A LOT of aggravation. IT'S ROAD!

I had the most fabulous customer service experience at this particular location. Ordered prints…read moreonline and came in about a half hour before closing to pick them up. Turns out I didn't crop them well and the printing was a little off. The FedEx staff member took the time to go back and edit my file, reprint on higher quality paper, and trim the pages. The finished product was everything I had hoped for. And without ever making me feel like I had been an inconvenience...even though I kept them working 15 minutes after closing. Add to the excellent service the fact that it's the holiday season so I know the staff have an overwhelming amount of orders to take care of. That extra ounce of attentiveness in light of that just makes it even more impressive to me.

The vast majority of the time I come in here is just dropping things off, but if I ever do have…read morequestions, the employees are always really friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes I have to ship weird size things and they are really helpful at getting the most efficient packaging at a reasonable price. Shipping stuff can be a nightmare these days, and this location makes that so much easier. And with the way USPS seems to be trying to price themselves out of business, it is good to know there is a reliable shipping alternative.

This business was an UPS Access Point UPS site so we had a package designated for delivery there…read more We had been receiving tracking e-mails and this morning received one that stated that our package was out for delivery to this business. We headed out to get it and received an e-mail stating the package was being returned to sender. We called this business and the male employee who answered the phone was extremely rude. He stated he sent it back as he had not ordered anything. He would not let us speak. He stated he received just a small pittance for providing this service. We called UPS and they stated that this business, as a UPS access Point should not have sent it back. A complaint has been filed with UPS as they can't re-direct package nor can the vendor. So the merchandise will be sent back to the sender.
