I go here weekly, he doesn't, and I've never been asked that. That was 2/12/19 afternoon. It's annoying that we can't even get in our PO Box ourselves! When we first got it, one mail guy couldn't even get it opened from our side. It's also unmarked! The older lady always just hands us the mail very kindly. Not sure what the issue is today.
