Kudos to a careful and conscientious moving service. Great respect shown for all of my items and care taken not to damage them. Movers showed up promptly at the pre-arranged time, and leading up to the move, there were several communications to guarantee time of the meeting and the plan. Upfront communication of pricing, expected services to be provided. Nate was always immediately available by either text or phone. I plan on using this company again when I move away from the Syracuse area as part of a planned move in 2018. While I did see other moving companies online with competitive rates, the difference in price was small and the service rendered by this company would be hard to beat. Loading up always takes longer but the team powered through and emptied the truck quickly at our destination. They even took a moment to celebrate my awesome new basement. They were able to come out to my residence two days earlier than scheduled which I was very pleased with. I needed a complete reinstall of a toilet that another business installed but did not properly secure. Jacob with Evans did the reinstall and was outstanding. He noticed some areas of concern that were leaking and explained what he was going to do to fix it. He replaced to old flange that wasn't even secured to the flooring and sealed everything up beautifully. Jacob was very professional and personable. I also felt the cost of the job was very fair. I will definitely recommend Evans to others and call them for future plumbing and heating jobs.
