This office has the worse hours! It seems that the hours of business seem to be getting shorter…read moreand shorter! They are advertised on their website as opened retail hrs. M-Thurs. from 8:30 am-4:00 pm and Fri. 8:30 am to 3:45pm (what's that? 3:45pm) and closed Sat. Sun. LOBBY hours on Sat. 5:45 am to 4:30 pm - Sun. 6:00am-2:00pm. Now that was not true, I went at 4:00 pm Saturday Nov. 17, 2018 doors were locked and returned Sunday Nov. 18, 2018 at 9:46 am and again the doors were locked! This is not the first time either that I have gone during supposed open lobby hours and doors are locked already! I looked everywhere for posted lobby hours there was nothing posted anywhere! This is so aggravating this office needs to post the correct hours of business on the doors so people don't waste their time or gas driving there. I don't understand why they have short business hours. Such an inconvenience to all customers. The lobby should be opened at least a few hours on Saturday and Sunday's! A big majority of people start work before 8:30am and do not get out till 5:00 pm or later. How are customers to do any of their postal needs? At least the personnel is very friendly, no complaints there.

Regarding my contact with Postmaster Brian R. Corson, it was a very unpleasant experience. Not just for me but others as well. While waiting in line with familes men, women and children, which most were of Spanish speaking only, others were walking out and I could hear them saying how rude Brian was towards them. He admitted to him making a mistake stating it went over his head while processing my mpassport form and immediately pointed the blame towards me in a very rude, unprofessional and unpleasant manner. If he does this to me I can only imagine how he treats the rest of the non english speaking community let alone a hostile work environment for his employees who appeared annoyed and frustrated by his behavior. The only way I'm usually able to visit this location is when I go as part of my job, so I can go in the morning or before they close at 4pm! 4pm is just too early to close IMO. However, this post office is always clean, quiet and there's never too long of a line, even during weekday lunch hour. All of the postal workers here seem to genuinely enjoy their work and they are always friendly! This location doesn't do passports FYI. If you're lucky or unlucky (lol!) enough to need a post office during their open hours, this one won't disappoint.

The employees at the post office has nothing to do with the informed mailing system online. That is not thier fault. Long lines also not thier fault. The stealing of mail and packages also not thier fault. What they can do is tell the one lady with brown hair that usually is at the register closest to the door does have a bit of a inpatient rude attitude. She can be perceived as not nice. But she gets the job done and is pushing customers through the line as fast as she can. My father has worked with the postal service forever. He is retiring soon, I know how hard of a job it is for all them every position. I applaud them for working here and everyone on both sides should be kind. We all gotta live in this world lets make it a little easier for us all. The post office does not work for the government they work for us the people. They make sure we stay connected and get our mail where it needs to go. I buy stamps alot because I like to mail out letters and cards to friends and family.
