That being said, it seems like the staff are always new people now, which is reflected by the quality of service. Yesterday they closed at 3:30 (Saturday after Christmas). The young man literally locked the door in my face promptly at 3:30. I was trying to drop off a prepaid label package and I could see the driver through the door. He told him he would be in trouble for scanning my package at that point, and the driver wouldn't take the package because it was not scanned. So I called the Visalia UPS Store and they were so nice! I did have to drive all the way down there but their holiday kindness was totally worth the drive! My 2nd day air package made it on their truck.

A day before my reservation a U-haul representative gives me a call that the truck I needed was not available in Selma like I had reserved but rather in Fresno. I was very disappointed and upset. I was not happy with the service. I cancelled the reservation. I needed to use U-haul services again and this time I decided to call Felipe's Auto Service directly to book my reservation. The entire process was very smooth. They have great customer service. I will continue using U-haul because of Felipe's great customer service and attention. If it was in U-haul's service alone I would have given it 0 stars. I'm glad I decided to call directly. Thank you for providing excellent service, Felipe's Auto Service.

Complete waste of time making any reservations for uhaul rentals. I made a reservation to pickup a…read moretrailer in the city of sanger. I recieved a confirmation email with the address to pickup in Sanger. Within 30 minutes, I receive a phone call, telling me the trailer I want isn't available. I agree to rent a smaller trailer that IS available. Next day, I show up to the address from the email confirmation I received, and am told that location hasn't rented trailers for almost 2 years. After some research, I'm told I was called from a different uhaul dealer that is located another 15 minutes further than where I made my reservation. Irritated by the inaccuracies, I hesitantly drove to another town, which is now approximately 30 minutes from where I made my reservation, to pick-up the trailer I reserved. I arrive at Felipe's, only to be told that someone else made an online reservation between the time I made my reservation and now, and the trailer I reserved, is now reserved for another party and is supposed to be picked up "sometime today" Even a call to uhaul directly, wasn't enough to straighten out this shit show. All I got was a worthless apology. They offered to rent me a trailer that will be returned at 2pm today, which is pointless, because the trailer rental was to take items to the county dump, which closes at 2pm. I've now wasted my entire morning, thanks to uhaul, and have accomplished absolutely nothing. Be prepared to be given the run-around when you think you're making a reservation. Because uhaul might just reserve the same vehicle/trailer for everyone else as well.

The only highlight of this establishment is the evening attendant; she is incredibly friendly and helpful, though she is only on-site for a few hours at night.a Otherwise, the equipment is unreliable. Also , when staff is not present, there are significant safety and cleanliness issues, including individuals using the restrooms for bathing and occupying the folding tables and benches for sleeping. I saw my friend go in the next day and he told me he went in to do a live scan. THEN maybe a month later I go in with a friend so she can mail something and the same person who told me no was doing a live scan on someone else. THEY DO LIVE SCANS. I don't know why they lied to me.
