Ordered raised foil business cards for my new business, haven't started selling anything yet so I…read moream paying out of pocket from what little I was able to save up to make this purchase. I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made. Can't say I recommend this business, you just might waste a good chunk of your savings to get your foot in the door in a new business, saldy. I really hate leaving these sort of reviews, it doesn't feel good on my soul but I expected better and got very disappointed. Wish they had a refund or reprint policy

Opened a PO box because we don't have a mail box at my current home and was expecting very important mail. Even had all my mail fowarded to this new PO box. And was locked out because you made a mistake. No Hon. I pissed you off because i speak my mind and you didnt do your job. All my mail lost. And now i might go to jail because you have no clue what happened to all my mail. Wow great job babe. Just a FYI i do not recommend. LGBT discrimination isn't a cute look for this establishment. read more

The staff are really friendly and welcoming, even if you're just dropping off. Even if I don't ask, they always let me know when the next pick-up is due to be made. They'll also often check the label and let me know when I can expect my package to arrive at its destination. Their predictions are usually very accurate. I've also used the notary service here, which was easy, efficient, and reasonably priced.

Del Rey is a small town outside of Sanger with literally nothing of note - there's an elementary…read moreschool and post office that have probably been there longer than anything else, a couple tiny store, and a killer Mexican place (that delivers!). This post office is nothing special - you can drop off mail, you can buy stamps, you can send packaged, but you can't really buy any packaging (as I learned today). If you're planning on sending something, make sure it's already wrapped up and ready to go, or you'll be SOL once you get here. That being said, the most /wonderful/ employee, Rudy, works here. Why is he the most wonderful employee, you may ask? Rudy knows that they don't have any real packaging for sale here, but is prepared for circumstances where somebody might need a box or an envelope anyway. This isn't a guarantee, so don't go expecting him to give you a free box, but luck might be on your side! This guy not only found me a package, but also dealt with the fact that I forgot to give him to packing slip to put inside, and used his own tape to prep the package for me. In case that wasn't enough, he also happens to know every address in Del Rey, and my family as well, so we had fun little chit chat with this transaction. In terms of customer service, Rudy gets 5 stars. In terms of actual services and usefulness of this post office? Probably 2 stars. Rudy brings up the overall rating to 3 stars. You go Rudy.
