I will give this post office a 4 . I read all the reviews & experience this postal office regularly for its in my neighborhood. The employees at the post office has nothing to do with the informed mailing system online. That is not thier fault. Long lines also not thier fault. The stealing of mail and packages also not thier fault. What they can do is tell the one lady with brown hair that usually is at the register closest to the door does have a bit of a inpatient rude attitude. She can be perceived as not nice. But she gets the job done and is pushing customers through the line as fast as she can. My father has worked with the postal service forever. He is retiring soon, I know how hard of a job it is for all them every position. I applaud them for working here and everyone on both sides should be kind. We all gotta live in this world lets make it a little easier for us all. The post office does not work for the government they work for us the people. They make sure we stay connected and get our mail where it needs to go. I buy stamps alot because I like to mail out letters and cards to friends and family. It is a good value a book of stamps and they have such pretty designs and neat pictures. Thank you postal workers. I think yall all need more pay. Things happen and they deal with the customer service amd extreme weather stages. Leave your mail carrier some cold water and a snack. They work hard. read more

Honestly, this location does not deserve a high rating. I signed up for informed delivery and there are times where I do not even receive all of my mail. I am currently still missing mail that I was supposed to receive this week, and it has already been more than two days. I understand that informed delivery items may not always arrive the same day, but this has been a repeated issue. I have gone in before about missing letters and was told that no one knew where they were, which is not an acceptable answer. If mail is missing, there should be clear communication and accountability, along with steps being taken to resolve the issue. I would recommend that staff and management improve their organization, communication, and overall reliability when it comes to delivering mail. You lose value coming here dealing with the shitty ass workers!!! read more

Supervisor for this postal office is the most unprofessional b word. She talks over you and doesn't allow you to speak. My issue was with mail theft in our community mailboxes. There is nothing physical on the mailbox that indicates it's broken into but possibly someone has the key. She claims stealing from these mailboxes is easy as stealing a car. She also said they will continue to deliver because there is no damage to the mailbox and it is our responsibility to open our mailbox every day. Everyone please be aware that the postal services doesn't care and our credit cards, financial statements and packages will continue getting stolen. Only solution is pay more money for a P.O. Box. This post office has got to be the worst post office around. Please explain to me why this post office services houses in the 93727 zip code. It is almost 7 miles away from my house. There is a ton of new developments and many of the residents are having to pick their mail up from this slow, inefficient post office. I was supposed to get a new lock and key, was told it was be 3 weeks, it's going on 3 months and I'm told the locks are on back order! I wish we lived 2 blocks over in Clovis so I could at least pick up my mail at one of their locations. Beware of this office, even if the line doesn't look that long, you're going to be waiting at least 45 mins. If PO Boxes weren't so expensive, I'd be getting myself one, but in the meantime I'm sending my mail to my family's address because coming here is such a headache! read more

I would give this post office a ZERO if I could!! Under staff ALL the time, line is always to the door and wait is 45 minutes plus if you lucky if not it's 1 hour plus at the least waiting. Supervisor Celina Catano had zero communication skills and used a condescending tone. one lady in the front desk was rude to not only me but many other customers while i was there. Celina stated they went wrong by not leaving the parcel key resulting in my package getting stolen and quickly went back on what she said. this is probably the WORST experience ive had with usps. do your customer a favor and be nicer and do better. read more

I wish there was an option to switch postal services because WOW. Is this place even real? I have called so many times and they have never answered the phone. I submitted an inquiry through the 1800 USPS and they never contacted me. I paid a couple weeks ago to get my mail key since I just moved recently and have not received anything nor have I heard anything about it so I have no idea if they're working on it and actually holding my mail or if my mail box is just jam filled with two weeks of mail that I have zero access too. Not to mention their hours are only 9-4, when any working adult works 8-5 which is extremely inconvenient. I have to take time off of work just to go down and talk to them to get my damn mail. Reader be ware. Long rant? I mean tis the season? I don't even know how to respond. I was highly upset when i got a notification saying my packages did not get delivered and it was because no one was home. Im in town hanging out wit my dad and my little hammy was in class as well as i. It's just appalling, how did we miss our packages if we were both there 12:36pm and the bell wasn't rung? Did you check? Anywho not the point. I got over it. Easy fix, i got online and put a hold on my packages to be picked up at location the following day. 10/01 i went in, waited in line, gave order confirmation to be picked up just to get told "yea no YOURE package is not here. It's getting sent out." For the love of god no. Worker shall not be named but you know who you are. Showed her the ticket for it to be held and she relayed it back to me yea well it's rescheduled for redelivery. I had to read it back to her that it's rescheduled to be picked up since "i was not present 09/30 @12:36pm" had to read the order confirmation via email for her and she asked for the "sorry we missed you slip" well unfortunately no one came to my fathers door so my apologies i don't have the slip. So that Means y'all didn't come to the door. 10/02 the slip was placed in the mailbox. Went back to try and pick up my packages. One worker and he was working both stations. I hate this place!!!! That lady that works in the front!!! She doesn't have a soul. I needed to return a book that was still in its original box. I asked her to send it back to the sender. Worst post office EVER...had to come here on several occasions even after being quoted 3 weeks for the keys to be made was even offered a phone number to call before I came over and could never get anyone to pick up the damn phone. Here to pick up mail and no ones at the freaking counter !!! A long line out the door but no ones at the counter to help for 30 plus minutes !!! First the mail man lied that they attempted to deliver my package and that i was not home and had request to pick up instead which is a lie because I have a front door camera that had no one come up !! I was outside when the carrier came by and as soon as he left, I went to get my mail. I was supposed to receive my package that day but all I got was my regular mails no package. then I got a notification saying to was delivered at/in the mailbox. Went to this post office the next day and the clerk told me the carrier might of misdelivered and they will have him go check and give me a call back. Took down my name, number and what kind of package it was coming from but nope a week went by still nothing. Later that day even stopped the carrier and ask him about my missing package and he straight lied saying it was him who delivered my mail the day before. So I went back too the post office and the lady told me, if it says it was delivered then they can't do anything and gave the 1-800 to call and file a claim. Waited 1 hour on the line for this and they told me someone will call me about my package. 2 weeks went by finally got a call and this time they told me the same shit. It was delivered at/in the mailbox maybe I need to re-check the area around any bushes. I told her, I was outside when the carrier came by, so she reassured me that she will get the carrier to go check because looks like he had misdelivered. wow!! can totally relate to all of the terrible reviews regarding the mail carriers lack of professionalism and concern over our mail needs. I too as well as my neighbors have had several problems with undelivered packages, missing mail, neighbors and i getting each other's mail due to lack of attention to detail, misdelivery etc. This is ridiculously out of hand, most mail carriers are really nice and do their job well, some even go the extra mile to make us customers happy and do their job exceptionally, but over the last 5 to 10 years I have experienced many problems with most of the ones I have encountered due to several of the problems mentioned above and in some of your statements. I have began video recording mail boxes, mail carriers and documenting everything. we should all ban together to do the same and rally against these problems to see if we can make an impact to get these people to do their jobs correctly read more

This place is rude and not helpful. I went there to ask why my package was not delivered, when the tracking said it was. I was told it was and they would have to investigate. Two weeks later, I get a phone call from them saying, They did delivery my package. So I call post master in Sacramento, to tell them my problem. They gave another case no. and they would investigate. So, I go back after a week to the post office with case no. in hand to see if they found it or what they going to do with reimbursing for my lost package. The woman there who help me was rude and told me, I don't care if you a case no., I don't deal in case no. And rudely told me, Can't do nothing for you. So, I went home disappointed, to my surprise, the package that was suppose to been delivered to me was delivered to my neighbor three blocks down. She was on vacation and just got back. My male mail carrier stopped giving me my mail. I had life saving drugs in the mail but he did not care. My dog got loose and was down the street playing with the children. He said he was afraid of him. NOT AT ALL. he was just pissed off that I had to turn him in so many times for delivering the mail in my mail box for people who did not live here or even on my street. I asked him many times to be more careful but he still continued to do so. I would get other people's checks, birthday cards Christmas card with money in them. other peoples bills you name it I was the drop off house I called the post office and that is what made him mad.
