If you need to see two current utility bills or credit card statements on my phone for my 16 year old to get a Real ID license (since she has none of that), tell me that's what I need. Don't tell me the official temporary permit she got with her address on it from the state is "worthless", the credit card application with her address on it I provided is "junk", and my most recent personal property tax bill doesn't count because it wasn't dated. At this point I've provided you my permanent address at least 10 different ways m, if you need it another way, tell me which way you need it up front and spare me the power trip. I can guarantee you this isn't the first time someone came in there to get a license for a 16 year old.

I contacted customer service, and the operator assured me the driver would re-route and return before 1 PM. It's now approaching 3 PM, and there's still no sign of the delivery. This delay is unacceptable. Why do I pay high dollar for a 2-day delivery when the driver did not even made an attempt.

I am such a fan of the library in general and this location has a special place in my heart. This…read moreis my main branch, it's right down my street and has easy access. It has a stop right in front of it for the bus, number 35. It's close to major access roads and you can see it from the street. I moved into the area after they remodeled it so, I can speak on any changes from that. Although, I do know that this version is fantastic. It's open and has a separated kids area. Vending machines, printers and copier and computers to check out. They have so many programs that are free that I think a lot of people tend to over look. Specifically they have a lot geared towards kids. My one issue with this branch is that some of the employees tend to come across as rude and the both of the children's librarian are short with patience. Outside of that, this is a great place to explore what the library has to offer whether it is to study, check out some books, dvds, or telescopes (yes, they offer that!) I enjoy going to the library multiple times a week.
