The only reason I removed a star is that the staff don't really acknowledge you when you walked in. There were two people working who looked right at me and didn't say a word. I thought, okay, could've just been me. But another customer walked in a minute after me and loudly said "GOOD MORNING!" to wake the staff up. I giggled and turned to tell him good morning and a subtle nod for solidarity. Same thing to a woman customer to walked in right after, not a word. Let's smile and say hello to our customers and peers, friends.

In my last two transactions there I have been hassled and over charged. The first I brought some…read morepre-packed items for shipping and the young woman checking me out kept insisting that I buy their ridiculously overpriced bubble mailers or boxes "for extra security." She said I needed to package my packages. She refused to continue the transaction until I agreed. Then another employee came over and smoothed out the situation and just put a strip of packing tape over what the other employee was complaining about. For the second transaction I wanted to ship a small bubble mailer USPS at the lowest rate because it wasn't urgent. I was told it would be over 15$ I thought it was strange because I had just shipped the same size mailer a week before at around 8$. The employee says that usps had raised their rates. I go ahead with the transaction, but when I checked my receipt & tracking number my package had NOT been shipped usps. It had been shipped UPS, which was much more expensive. I run a small business that ships frequently. I will never use this store again for anything but free Amazon returns.

For the additional price of shipping, they package everything in one parcel and send to me at my chosen rate when requested. Saving the hassle of asking family and friends for favors. When I am in town, my box is available to check personally similar to a PO BOX around the clock. Yes, you MUST have your box number in your address, they are very clear about that when renting a box. Just make it part of the suite number. "Suite 113 #xxx". Works like a charm. The staff is helpful and cheerful over the phone to send my mail anytime I request it. If my memory is correct, my Postal Shoppe box is similarly priced to my previous P.O. Box. Takes a lot of stress out of traveling extensively.
