The male worker was absolutely terrible. Needs to be fired ASAP. Worst service I've ever experienced. Waited in line for 30 minutes while he sat on his phone in the back room watching sports. The person in front of us finally left and I rang the bell multiple times. He finally came out and was an absolute asshole. After being on the phone with usps and being told that my package was at this location, he asked my zip code and didn't even bother to check and see if my package was there, he repeatedly told me because of my area code it would be at a different location. This is false as I live 2 minutes down the street from this location and I spoke to someone and they told me it was at this location. He didn't even bother once to go and check to see if my package was there. Spoke so rudely and has the worst customer service skills ever. read more

I went in during regular business hours to mail some certified letters. The lobby was open, but the counter was locked up tight. No one was there. I rang the bell on the counter, and nothing. There was no notice posted, nothing. Two or three more people came in with large packages to mail while I was standing there. They had to walk a ways with them to get to the post office because it is in the back corner of a strip mall. I love the man behind the desk. Great guy. Straight to the point. No b.s. I've never had a problem shipping out anything and I ship stuff out multiple times a week. I've brought in bumpers, fenders, door panels, seats, you name it. He was always very patient with me and helped me to the best of his ability. Was 450pm with 3 people in line. The guy (taller African American) behind the counter said I close at 5. And named other post offices that were still open. He said I'll try to help as many as I can till 5 but I close at 5 so if I haven't gotten to you and it's 5 your gonna have to go to another post office. smh he couldn't stay and help the people that were already in line smh what a joke. There has only ever been one gentleman working here when I come in. I will actually go out of my way to never come back here again because he is extremely rude. One time I had stopped by a few minutes before his lunch break and he REFUSED to help me. Today he told me that my package could not ship to the address in Columbus OH but it had to be shipped to Painesville OH. Was NOT helpful AT ALL in getting to a solution for this problem... I've only been in here twice and dealt with the same taller older black gentleman both times and he was very short and rude both times and didn't seem to care to help me at all today when sending mail which I don't do very often so I didn't know what to write on the envelope , he just says 69 cents to me and walked back into the back then I had to ring the bell again after trying to figure out how to write it out and I tried to hand it to him and he rolled his eyes and said it goes in that slot behind you . read more

I have NEVER had a problem with any USPS stations ever, until today. I'm not sure if this employee, Nathan G., was having a bad day or what. I try to be pretty sympathetic, but it was outrageous the way that he treated me. ...I came in asking how to locate a package of mine, because I received an email that my package had an attempted delivery, and a slip was supposed to be left at my door. The slip was not left, so all I was trying to figure out was what I should do next to locate it. Not only was he extremely rude, but he was very unhelpful in regards to just explaining to me what I needed to do. I even (and I shouldn't have) apologized to him a few times, telling him I just wanted to locate my package and I didn't know how to! I really don't know how to explain this... He treated me as I've seen so many angry customers speak condescendingly to gas stations workers (which by the way, is just as awful). While I stepped to the side to follow his very reluctant and vague instructions (I can hardly call them instructions) I watched him give the exact same treatment to two other customers. I usually create new Yelp pages because I'm wanting to leave a glowing review of a fantastic new restaurant, or speak to excellent customer service... But wow. This was something else. If I see this employee again, Nathan G., and if he ever speaks to me again like that... I will definitely say something next time. Simply unbelievable. read more

Worst customer service; wow I mean it's laughable. This man purely just didn't want to answer my question regarding a tracking number issue and he just HUNG UP. That man clearly needs some counseling or an extra cup of coffee or something because that is NOT how you treat a customers polite question. The regular employee, not sure his name, but he seems to be there every time, is incredibly rude. He uses polite language, but seems bored out of his mind and uninterested in taking care of customers. I'm not sure if there is a lot of work he does in the back, but he is never in the front. I just experienced one of the the worst customer service interactions of my life. When dropping off a package at the UPS store on 4924 Airway Road in Dayton Ohio, "Brian Handsome" was working. I dropped off a package that was already labeled and ready to be sent. When putting the package down on the counter the employee said "out of all the places on the box, why the hell... have a good day sir." I then proceeded to say "excuse me" and he proceeded to be extremely rude while repeating "have a good day sir." He had no name tag on so I asked for his name and he went to zip down his shirt and pointed at a name tag that was non existent. I am active duty military and I am not the type to complain but I will not be disrespected like that especially in uniform. This behavior was ridiculous and there is absolutely no reason for any employee to treat a customer this way. read more

I only pick up stamps from here but the man who works there seems like he doesn't like his job. He's very short and his customer service is way off. He's always on his phone which I guess is ok but when you're standing there for what feels like forever for him to come to the front, it's a little annoying. Came here to ship some stuff and was in a hurry. The guy working the counter was super helpful in helping me pick the right package to ship the amount of stuff I had. What could've been a pain of a trip was quick and easy thanks to how helpful the people working there are. I also enjoyed that it's kind of tucked away in the plaza it's located in which usually means no crowds and you're in and out quickly since there's no line to wait in. read more
