Where they really excel is their box selection, they have just about ever size box that you can think of and even call them names like, giant wreath and stuff like that so you have a good idea of what will go in there. The equipment for prints/pictures seems a little dated to me and there are frames and accessories that seem to have become a decoration at this point.

This is the most aggressive and hard to work with post office I've ever had to deal with…read more The constant issues I have to deal with from receiving neighbors mail, stuff being overstuffed into my mailbox, packages not delivered with "unable to deliver do to extreme weather event or natural disaster" to "driveway blocked" whenever the weather isn't sunny. I'm okay with things being late and I have been open to communication, but whenever I have to call the post office location itself I'm either greeted with the sound of a phone slamming, the phone being taken off the hook, someone cutting me off mid sentence before I can finish what I'm saying just for them to hang up and prevent me from getting any kind of solution. I've worked with some AMAZING Postal Workers in my day, fantastic locations with some of the hardest working people I have ever met and it upsets me since now there are talks about having the USPS being disbanded and it's going to be actions from locations like this that get used as a shining example of why they should be. I seriously don't want that to happen to the USPS but the amount of petty drama and chaos that comes so often from this location is getting out of control. *Please rethink and know customers at the end of the day need you and appreciate you even if they don't know how to say it. I call them and they tell me their system is down and that's why they could not deliver and they promptly hang up. I call again and I'm told they couldn't reach my home, ups and fedex just delivered to my home just fine. This is not how you conduct business with paying customers. The last address I was living at the post office was top notch and never skipped my address, they were also polite and hard working. I won't be purchasing shipping from usps for my business if this is how this post office wants to treat my shipments.
