She gave me soo much trouble that day and had me in a pissed mode. I left and came back everyday until Friday Valentines day trying to retrieve my packages and mail. I had a catering Event which I couldn't even attend because this lady refused to search for my packages when I tried giving her my tracking numbers. Each day the same rude lady said she dont deal with my kind, don't even come up here, I am not helping you. I asked to speak to a supervisor she refused me. If I have to use a platform on social media I will. It is a crime to withhold my packages and mail from any individual who pays for a PO Box. If I don't get me mail upon next visit to my mail box Legal ramifications will occur.

The Post Office has parking for customers which I appreciate because you have to pay to park on the streets. Open entering they have all of the priority envelopes and packages to choose with the prices which was quite convenient because you don't find that consistently at all Post Offices. They also had a pen which was great because I forgot mine in the car. The Post Office was not busy at all which I appreciated at lunch time. Once I chose my envelope, filled it out and went to get on line there was no line so they immediately served me and were friendly which is something I do find at most Post Offices. It is an older post office and looks outdated but the customer service and resources were outstanding. And, the parking was fabulous.

Sure, you can get stuck in line here (don't be a fool and come on a Saturday afternoon right before Christmas) but usually I am in and out fast. When I do get delayed, it is because some idiot brought a bunch of packages likely containing batteries and perfumes and bombs and needs extra insurance on each of them... so they take a while. There isn't much the USPS can do about staffing for these situations anyway. So, just come at non-lunch hours and you will have no problems with this place.
