Word to the wise, the lines tend to be long but don't be discouraged. Never really had any issues with customer service as the staff members are polite even if the customers are getting rowdy. From what I can tell, seems like they have a multilingual staff as I have noticed staff talking with customers in Spanish and Hmong. There is an extra charge (believe it is 2.5% as of 11/22/24) if you are using a card so if you want to avoid that, bring a check or cash. Docking a star only because it would be efficient if they had a numbering system as the space inside is small and it gets packed where people are literally on top of each other waiting & if your trying to fill out paperwork with sensitive information like SSN etc. there is no privacy. Would be nice to just wait in your vehicle until the number is getting closer. Also - the card fee is not listed until you get to the counter to pay and I've seen some frustration from folks who don't know about the additional charge until they are about to pay so some signage would help.

Loading up all our towels in the two massive washers (10.75 each) and 2 loads of clothes in the smaller machines (6.50 each), and then transitioned those into compatible dryers (at 3.50 and 2.75 respectively). Ultimately getting 4 loads of laundry done in less than an hour and paying about $50 was a hit to the wallet but worth my time. The machines are very nice and the lovely lady that works there was a delight to chat with while our laundry ran and see was cleaning. Certainly will come back when the larger loads are a necessity.

This laundromat offers some MEGA load washers that allow you to do a lot at once and pay by credit/debit card which is ideal. I mean we are in a coin shortage aren't we ;-). They have several sizes of washers and dryers but only the larger ones take cards. Now for those that have banked their coins or don't mind cashing in on a load of quarters. They offer an ATM for a fee and coin changer. There's a soap center in case you forgot something and a vending machine. Now on to the cleanliness. Really that kind of up to the customers and the maintenance when they come in to clean. There was no one on site. One of my loads came out covered in cat hair. UGH. Now that is not cool. I am highly allergic so this was a major issue. I re- washed in a different machine and all was well. Bathroom on site was somewhat clean but had NO TOILET PAPER. I saw no number to call to let them know place is in need of service.

They promptly came out to look at my move and gave me a written estimate (very competitive) and picked a date that worked for me. They came on time, were very careful with my furniture, and got it moved to the new location without incident.
