We appreciated his vast knowledge of his craft as he took stock of our situation. It's obvious that he has decades of experience under his belt. Hank has a good sense of humor and is a very personable. He made us feel at ease and that we could trust his assessment of things. His communication was consistent and responsive both by email and text. He kept us updated about where progress on the job stood and what we could expect moving forward. His crew was courteous and kept the job-site organized and tidy. At one point Hank noted to us that the wall required more attention to shore it up and avoid faster deterioration down the road. His added estimate was fair and he made it very clear as to why the additional work was needed. Hanks' crew not only repaired the portion of the wall and made it look really good- but they cleaned the surface of the entire wall and removed sand and dirt that had accumulated at its base.
